My home warranty used BB Plumbing. Rick told me he had to talk with them and would tell me what they wanted him to do. He came back and said they wanted to do a cash out since I had bought my own faucet. He never told me that the 2.5 hrs of labor he charged me for to install that faucet would not be covered/ reimbursed. In fact, at the Home Warranty company their exact words to me were, "Oh were sorry he did not make it clear that he was not doing the install under your warranty. There is nothing we can do about that." I had considered hiring a handy man or a plumber myself and so wish I had. I would have spent less than half what I did to get a faucet installed.

Our home warranty company had B.B. Plumbing come out for our hot water heater. I am extremely pleased with their service. The service tech, Rick, went out of his way to make sure we had a replacement water heater fast and he did a great job with the install. Thank you getting us up and running.

My experience with these guys is a long story but just the same , a very negative experience. The thing to keep in mind is one, DO NOT GO WITH THEM , and two, get everything in writing if you are that desperate that you selected them.
