We Have been a G.F. Bowman Inc. client since we moved into our house in 2002. They had installed the HVAC system when the house was built in 1989. The service provided by Bowman has been excellent. It was because of this experience that we selected Bowman when we had a new HVAC system installed in 2012. Tom has been our service technician for several years now. He has always been timely,friendly and courteous when making service calls. He is very thorough and very neat. When he has finished he explains what he has found as well as any service he has performed. We always look forward to seeing him when he makes his service calls because it is always a very positive experience..

I appreciate that Dennis showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, and went about his work quickly. He was very quiet and worked efficiently to service my air conditioner and boiler. He gave me advice about the age, condition, and service needs of my main water line, air conditioner, and boiler. Frankly, it sounds like I may need to replace my entire system one of these days, but he is keeping it up and running until the very end! During the time he was writing up the service charges, we discovered that we both entered the Air Force in 1981. Go Air Force! GF Bowman service is excellent. They choose quality materials, their technicians are kind, knowledgeable, and answer every question patiently. GF Bowman has taken care of a number of things for me (geothermal system, water pump, water pressure tank, soft water system, R/O system) and in everything--theyve done an excellent job. They will take good care of you. Theyre honest, and the work they do is very well done. You cant go wrong with them. Chris rocks, too. Thanks, Chris--I really appreciate all your advice, and all the work you did this week to fix my broken water pump and the burst pipe.

Tom T from G.F. Bowman was very prompt for my HVAC service. While here he was extremely pleasant and spent time explaining what he was doing and informed me of all potential expenses that may be involved. He completed all service in a reasonable amount of time and provided recommendations on how I could complete some basic service to keep my system running smooth. G.F. Bowman was recommended by a family member, and I will definitely use their service again.

We have been utilizing G.F. Bowman since the purchase of our home. They have installed two separate, new systems. Their work is excellent. There technicians are wonderful. Joe H. has been to our home numerous times for routine systems checks. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. His work is impeccable. My mother was charged over a thousand dollars for three hours of labor to do a simple faucet install. They claimed she authorized the job but this was based on a complicated job price list with a bunch of technical language that she didnt understand. As a senior she feels completely taken advantage of. She called them to complain but they were unsympathetic.

Byrons work is always professionally done. He explains how things work and offers suggestions on what the best plan is to repair (hot water heater, AC unit, etc). That plus hes always on time! Each time we need work done by Bowmans we request Byron. Id highly recommend him!
