HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Called at 6:15 AM this morning, it is now 2:51 PM, no one has called; I called again for the third time and they stated they require 48 hours notice. My father in law is in and out of the hospital and we cant even use the bathroom or water at the house. This is the worst service for home warranty. Strongly recommend NOT going with this company. We have contacted the main warranty service department to let them know how one of their companies "helps people". It is a little hard to use the bathroom (especially when you are in/out of the hospital in need; and someone else in the household in on their period). It doesnt make for anything pleasant. Nothing like having to run to McDonalds every 3-4 hours to use the bathroom because this plumber wont even call you back to tell you they cant make it. They havent called at all. Which is ridiculous! In my opinion, that is NOT a plumber but someone that only uses excuses. There is such a thing as emergency calls and I guess that is beyond comprehension to "some". The lady on the phone, which stated to be a manager had nothing to say except, we could maybe get their tomorrow. It is just unbelievable that I had to reach back out to these people who are our "warranty" company for them to tell me this after putting in phone calls. Unacceptable on many levels. With my dad on oxygen and needing water for his machine, they didnt care in the least. Customer service needs worked on BIG TIME!

Unfortunately I cant rate them on the plumbing service they provide. But what i will rate them on is their customer service in setting appointments. I made arrangements through my home warranty company to schedule service. Rightway was supposed to call me to set up a day and time to come out. 2hrs go by and no call. So I placed a call into them to schedule. The lady that scheduled the appointment was nice. But the day I was supposed to receive service, I get a phone call a couple of hrs before their arrival time saying the plummer has been out sick and they need to reschedule. So Ill be down a toilet for a total of seven days now unless I can get someone else out. I can sympathize with being ill but why not call the day before. At least! So that way you can make other arrangements. That would be the considerate thing to do for your customers. It appears they only have one plummer on staff which is unfortunate.

Two horrible experiences with this company! First and foremost, the customer service I received was very unprofessional. There was a minor issue in which a staff member was very argumentative with me, and after they finished the job, I had to tighten screws left loose by the plumber. The second visit, (and their last) the plumber showed up an hour late with an attitude, and then jumped in his car and sped off before the service call was over...Imagine that! LOL! What is this world coming to!

Rightway Plumbing is one of the most responsive plumbers we have ever found. They are helpful over the phone and their plumbers are extremely friendly and professional. We have used them twice now and each time we have been happy with the results without the bill of some of their overpriced competitors. They also recommend things you can do on your own for cheap to protect you. Recommend Rightway Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have.

Would expect more from a plumber than adding a piece of rubber hose and 2 pipe clamps to piece together 2 pipes of a different size to replace a trap under the sink..
