Imagine this. You just finished dinner, filled the bath tub for your children, and started the dish washer. You have a great time playing games with your boys as they bathe. After bath time you pull the plug on the boys, get them dressed, and head downstairs to lock the back door. *SPLOSH* You step onto a saturated carpet while the sound of water echoes from the bathroom. You open the door to find brown water flowing from the toilet, leaking into several rooms from under the walls, through the drywall, and under the door. Due to an unknown blockage in your main sewage line, all the water from the toilet flushes, bath tub, washing machine, dish washer and everything else finally reached maximum capacity in your sewer lines. The only place for water to go is up through the toilet and into your lovely basement. Fortunately, My Plumber was available to service the call. On a Sunday I dreaded finding a plumber (since I was certain there was an emergency fee) but I couldnt tell my family to keep using the same toilet without flushing. I called My Plumber and the dispatcher said they could have someone at my house within 30 to 45 minutes. Wow! Chris W. and Steve W. arrived on time, listened to my story, and provided a diagnosis. Before they started work they gave two options -- snake through a cleanout pipe or to remove a toilet and snake through the toilet pipe; the latter of the two options added 50% more to the price of the service, so I recommend you remove the toilet before they arrive if your interior cleanout pipe is inaccessible. From what I understand, the service also comes with a scheduled inspection of your line with a camera, so you can get a visual on the health of your pipes. (Hopefully you dont have tree roots invading your line because that sounds like a costly repair!) Once a service was selected, Chris and Steve went to work immediately by pulling tools from the back of the truck (which was remarkably clean and organized). One thing that I really appreciated is how they laid down carpets and other precautionary coverings to keep my abode clean of sewage while they snaked over 100ft. of steel spring through my sewage line. Chris and Steve explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. After the clog was removed they inspected the items that were caught in the snake as it was removed from the pipe -- baby wipes, feminine hygiene items, food, grout, toys and other things are not good for your drain! The entire service took about an hour and they cleaned up after themselves. Those two guys were top-notch and represented My Plumber superbly. I would recommend My Plumber to anyone that has plumbing issues. I dont know how their service compares to others in terms of price (since no one wanted to give me an estimate over the phone) or quality, but I was incredibly pleased with the service and I felt the price was fair for an emergency weekend call. Thanks guys! Job well done!

Three stars for the Company NOT CHUCK SMITH and JEFF!! They get 10!! Two years ago, I had a Sewage Ejector Kit installed in my basement because of some issues with my pipes that lead out from my bathroom. I recently began experiencing issues with my Ejector Kit and called My Plumber (the same company who installed this kit). The first visit was by Charles Smith and another guy "Jeff" (dont know his last name). Well of course like a car, my problem was NOT a problem when they arrived. I had to call two days later because the problem returned, but this time and the next, the two WORSE PLUMBERS every came out. (from My Plumber) One charged me for Snaking my toilet and talking me into some Bio Crap...(and the toilet wasnt the issue) then the other one was JUST ABOUT MAKING MORE MONEY off of me, without coming close to even doing ANYTHING to fix my problem. (I did NOT PAY this company NOT ONE MORE DIME). The fourth call was for CHUCK SMITH specifically this time, because he was the ONLY one with some sense and understood that there REALLY was a problem and wasnt trying to swindle me like the So CALLED "Master Plumber" John did. (Oh and this MASTER PLUMBER..also found EVERYTHING else WRONG with my house but couldnt fix the problem I called him there to fix in the first place. But he was extremely cocky!!) Chuck came out with Jeff and worked hard to resolve my issue. We both thought he had fixed the issue, and then it came back. He (Chuck) came out again and he put HIS ALL into trying to figure out why this thing was not operating as it should. I mean he checked the cord, the outlet, the kit....JUST EVERYTHING. And he didnt stop until he came up with the idea/solution that FINALLY fixed everything. It WAS the KIT and the way it was installed that just needed some tweaking. And NOW, NO ISSUES. Although I requested a refund for the NON NECESSARY SNAKING JOHN did, Chuck confirmed with the company that I needed my money back because my toilet WAS NOT the problem. I pray I dont have any other issues with plumbing here, but IF I MUST call MY Plumber, I WILL REQUEST Chuck Smith from now on!!! That you can BET ON!!!! I have never been so blown away with in home customer service like that Chuck and Jeff gave. I mean to have someone to work relentless hours/days to get a problem fixed is wonderful. And he did just that. I have noted in my account that I NEVER WANT DAVID or JOHN to return to my home. One who charges for work that doesnt need to be done, and the other that wants money for doing NO WORK and being rude by asking to speak to someone more RATIONAL than ME...Yep to MY FAMILY member! Who the HELL does that? And what kind of Customer Service Training does he have? I know what he needs!!!! THE WORSE!!!!! My Family and I THANK YOU Chuck and Jeff! Job Well DONE!!!! Your the BEST!!!! I hope the company really does read this...

Hiring process was the worst! Applied for a Sales Manager position with this company and received a call from their recruiter soon after. After a lengthy phone interview, I was told that I was very qualified for the position and asked if I would mind taking a online personality test. I took the test which further qualified me for the position. I was told by the recruiter that it was myself and one other person in line for this position which they were looking to fill asap. An interview was set up and confirmed by the recruiter with Joe Hunt , who is head of HR for the company. When I arrived to meet with Mr Hunt , I was told that he did not have me on his schedule (which I thought was odd) but would interview me since I was already there. We had what I thought was a great interview. Mr. Hunt even commented on how good I was, even saying I should have been a politician, Im thinking this was because of my ability to converse, my qualifications and the ability to sell myself. Mr. Hunt then stated that he would like to get me back in for second interview asap with the operations manager and asked what days were available. I told him that I was available the following Monday , Tues, or Weds. anytime. Mr. Hunt said that was great , thanked me for coming in and said that he would touch base with me no later than Friday of that week. This is when things went south! Friday came and went ..NO CALL. I call Mr. Hunt, get voicemail and kindly leave a message reminding him about our second interview and what day did he want me to come in. Mr. Hunt did not return my call. The following Monday I emailed Mr Hunt asking the same...NO REPLY ...I call the recruiter who tells me "oh they have been in meetings , I will find out and let you know by Friday" again NO REPLY ...NO RESPONSE. I call Mr Hunt again...Got voicemail , left a message and once again NO RETURN CALL. I call the recruiter the following Monday and leave a voicemail asking what had happened and was the company still interested or not. The polite and Professional thing to do would have been to respond and give me a simple yes and know answer to my request. Instead they went ghost on me, and to date have still not responded. I have professionally sat on both sides of the table, have recruited , interviewed, and hired people for many years as well as being interviewed by some great companies. Professionally speaking all I wanted was a reply from Mr. Hunt or someone from this company. A reply which I never got. Making this company one of the worst I have had any experience with. I hope by leaving this comment Mr. Hunt and all involved will take note when it comes to playing with peoples lives , its obvious that you have forgotten "THE GOLDEN RULE".
