Complete rip off. Had them come out to inspect my lines since they were backing up. They snaked the line and said that everything was working. A day later the problem got worse. The owner contacted me to schedule an appointment to come out and re-snake the line. At this point I asked them what was wrong with the line? They said they didnt know what was wrong with the line because they dont have the video equipment to look in the line. They charged me over $400 to snake the line and cannot even tell me what is wrong with the line. The problem is the worst it has ever been after having them snake the line. They offer zero warranty for services rendered. Stay away. Call a reputable company like roto-rooter that has video equipment, a warranty, and can actually TELL YOU WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE LINE. Poor customer support.

I have been using Pleasant Valley Plumbing for several years now. They fix all my plumbing needs on all my rental units as well as my own house. I have used them for large complex plumbing jobs as well as small simple plumbing jobs. Each time they completed the job perfectly and charged reasonably. Usually they have all the parts needed on the truck. They work quickly and clean-up when they are done. They never over sell. If you are looking for a good family run business that will not rip you off and will do great work then give them a call. They are a great small plumbing business and very easy to do business with.

These guys are great. My well pump went out on Christmas day a few years ago. I called, expecting to leave a message, but the owner answered and his crew came out the very next day and had me back in business in no time.

I hired this gentleman to fix a bathtub faucet leak in one of my rental units. He had it fixed the next day as scheduled and did a very clean job. I will use him again in the future!
