While attempting to move my Washing Machine, I noticed that the arrestor valve had a leak upon disconnection. Mr. Kiker was able to come out that day and inspect the situation. As it turned out, we found that my washer and dryer had been moved in the past and the contractor that performed the relocation did it wildly out of code. Me. Kiker had some personal things to take care of but promised to take care of everything 2 days later. He returned as promised 2 days later and quickly brought the plumbing back up to code. Whats more, he also articulated to me the reasoning for the code in question and how we addressed it. He answered any questions I had and was very friendly and professional throughout. We highly recommend E A Kiker and Sons and would reach out to them again for any plumbing work in the future.
