Billy Beach

Had a blockage in the lines. Water was coming out of the toilet, the sinks and the tub. Called several plumbers and Parlier was the only one who answered the phone. This was about 8:30 in the evening. They sent out a plumber named Talon, (fantastic dude) who tried to get it unplugged, staying till midnight working on it. Realizing it was a much bigger job than anticipated he came the next day with Brian early in the morning, even though it was Brians day off. They had to call the city to complete the job and they got it done, for an extremely fair price. I was a little shocked at how fair the price was. I grew up in the plumbing trade as my father ran a successful plumbing company for over 40 years. Parlier plumbing went above and beyond what I would have expected. Fantastic experience all around....

If I could give negative stars I would! Had appoint for 8:30am, got a call around 9:30am saying they got caught up in a job and would be there soon. Mind you this was a voicemail because I was at work, he said if I had any questions to call him. Around 11:30 I asked my wife if plumber had shown and she said no. I called he said because I didnt answer he would have to squeeze us in. They showed up at 7pm. When I got home around 7:15 they werent even going to shut water off to replace valve on toilet just wanted towels. She insisted the water be shut off but was so angry that she wanted them gone. They left without turning our water back on! Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend or use ever!!!

Two Parlier installers just put up a nice chandelier I bought from Lowes. They arrived when they said they would, checked the conditions for the install, brought in the right equipment, and put the unit in perfectly and quickly. They took GREAT care to make sure our wood floor would be undamaged by the very heavy, 12 ladder. Before they left, they cleaned up all the packaging from the chandelier. Gerald and Tom did a very professional job. A few months ago, Parlier also installed a toilet,with the same quality. Both installations were cheaper than other companies. When you buy stuff from Lowes, and their installers do it, you save $. I would definitely use Parlier again for any work.

I had a plumbing "situation" that needed attention right away. I googled plumbers and started calling down the list. The first several "24hour" companies couldnt get someone to me until the next day and would have to work me in. Parlier Plumbing had someone out to my house in 30 minutes. A big thank you to Charles and (sorry I didnt catch the other gentlemans name). They saved my day. They were courteous, professional, and quick. 5 star service.

We had a water line break at our rental house. We are 5 hours away and its always a gamble with finding reliable help. After talking with several companies that were not very helpful I finally found these guys and they were quick and responsive. 250.00 for a water line break on a Sunday is awesome. Under kitchen sink leak. Turned out to be the garbage disposal. Repair completed half assed. Didnt have the correct part....four days later still leaking and a different guy comes out for an hour and adds one more hose clamp...also, didnt have the correct part. Unfortunately, with a 2 10 home warranty, you do not get to choose the company.

Service was arranged by our home warranty company to replace a leaking hot water heater. The service tech that diagnosed the problem was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The tank was replaced when we were not home, it is in the garage. The are was left clean and the garage was left closed. We are very pleased.

My home had a main drain clog and we were unable to run any water. I scheduled Parlier to come out between the hours of 3:00 - 5:00 PM. They called sometime after 4 letting me know that they could not make the appointment and had no slot the following day either. I would recommend finding someone more reliable.
