I had the company come out on Friday to evaluate for a high water bill. The representative was there for just under an hour conducting the inspection during normal business hours. There was nothing found and no repairs were made. The service bill alone was $113.00. Upon calling, they said that is their cheapest service charge. I do not believe something should be free, however i do believe it should be a more reasonable fee. They recommended another company American Leak Detection ($450) just to come out and they DO NOT do the repairs, only locate.

My drains were clogged in my bathroom and the water pressure was very low in the kitchen. Doug arrived my home and provided exceptional customer service and he was very professional as he performed his tasks. Everything is all cleared and working properly. He was extremely upset that we had had a bad customer service experience and personally made it right. Thank you.

Grossly over priced for the quality of work performed. Tech came to my house said the citys water was dirty and charged me full price for a 5 minute visit which he didnt even change the o ring which was the problem. Poor Customer Service.
