I cant say enough great things about Reddick & Sons! We called due to a leak in a pipe, which led to water finding its way under our carpet in the basement. They immediately found a way to schedule us. Danny was incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He identified the concern and fixed it immediately. My wife is due tomorrow and with that alone, stress can ensue. Adding a water concern can only add additional stress, but after their support, we felt very much at ease. Reddick & Sons now has a new lifelong customer, and we highly recommend them to anyone viewing this message and all those that ever run into a need.

I sent an email and had a response within 1 hour directly from the owner. He, Danny, was at my house by 9:30, was very honest, and had our system repaired within 20 minutes. He seemed genuinely focused on repairing the unit as easily as possible, took the time to show us the break, and did not attempt to up sell us in any way. Price was fair and work was excellent.
