I noticed that our 23 year old water heater was leaking and I knew it was time to finally replace it. I knew that we were on borrowed time as it was with this water heater being 23 years old, so I just wanted it replaced versus repaired. I called Plumb Crazy and they scheduled to come the next day. They called that day to at that they could come a little earlier if it was possible since another job was easier than originally thought. They called when they were 10-15 minutes out. Daniel reviewed our water heater and existing plumbing for the master cutoff and water leading to the water humidifier as well. We needed a master cutoff replaced as well as a better solution for the water humidifier since the solution implemented by prior HVAC guys was a quick solution at the time. Daniel provided different solutions and explained the reasons for each. I chose to replace the water heater and to replace the master cutoff and put a permanent solution in place for the water humidifier. Daniel and his team quickly completed the work and tested each solution for proper water pressure, leaks, power, and proper temperature. Excellent work from beginning to end. I will be calling them back for more work soon. We have a "go to" plumber now. Thanks for the great work!

I had a pretty bad water hammering problem and called Plumb Crazy at 11AM and they sent Daniel out at 2PM the same day! Daniel showed me how to fix the problem and did NOT charge me for the call. They just gained a lifelong customer! The folks on the phone were very nice and professional and Daniel took the time to explain to me the components of the water system in my house and steps I can take to protect myself against flooding (by my water heater for instance). He is very courteous and knowledgeable about his field. It is comforting to know these guys are so close by and come running when you have a problem.
