Dont use this place unless you want to get killed. Had my ram 2500 over there for tires and they said it needed ball joints and a track bar on the passenger side they showed it to me and they were bad. They replaced the parts charged me a ton of money and I left. I got out on the highway and the truck was everywhere it was so bad I had to crawl home. Once to my garage I looked under the truck to find that the track bar had only a bolt in it the bolt had no nut on it and the whole assembly was loose. The tie rod connections were also left loose. I could have been killed!!!!! I took pictures and called them took it back and they tightened everything up and did refund my money but only when I raised hell and threatend to show the pictures to anyone and everyone. My point is dont let these people touch your car because they have no regard for you your family or anyone else on the road theyll half ass the work then charge you an arm and a leg and send you out to your doom

They took out my 4 tires, and examined and said that I had to replace my 2 rear rotors because its too thin and all brake pads had to be replaced. I knew two pads needed to be replaced for sure, so asked them to replace pads only, and they refused saying its hazardous and they cannot do that. I took it to the dealer instead, turns out, all rotors were in perfect condition did not have to be replaced, just needed to be resurfaced and two brake pads replaced for much cheap. They informed me that its as good as new. I am very disappointed with Firestone.

Took three hours to get four tires and they started on my truck when I got there. I have really nice chrome wheels on my truck and they put the lead balance weights on the outside. Look like crap and they had to do it over and put balance weights on the inside out of view. I have purchased alot of tires in my time and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional. I will never govyhere again.
