This business has always been fair and square by me. Ive had three repairs done at this shop. The first was a major repair that needed a follow-up adjustment, which they did cheerfully and at no additional charge. The second was after another incompetent mechanic had my car towed there because he said I had collision damage that had to be done before he could repair a leaking hose. The guys at Auto Art South could have played along, but they told me there was no body or frame damage for them to repair, and then they went ahead and repaired my leaking hose so I wouldnt have to have the car towed back to another mechanic. Today I took my car in after having run over a rogue mattress on the Interstate. Rather than running up the bill by replacing the damaged parts with new ones, they just did the repair that needed to be done, and then they didnt even charge me for it. While I was there I asked for a mechanic recommendation for some other issues, and they referred me to an excellent shop Id never heard of. Bottom line: I would gladly recommend this place to my best friend.

I have had two repairs on two different makes, model, years and paints over the years; the last recently. In each case, the paint match and blend (if there was one) was perfect. You couldnt tell old from new. Both times I did the multi-quote bit and Auto Art South was always competitive. And just as important as "how" the work was done, was "when," - they had it ready right on schedule. Im telling you, it all matters, from body repair, paint prep to the artist with the gun. Post-paint wasnt short cut either. As you move from flesh wounds like these to major surgery, it would be logical on some of those occasions for auto techs to find a surprise or two as the layers of damage are pealed away. Should I find I need a repair of something much more serious, I would totally trust them to do the work and be honest about it. What else can I say except relax, they will take care of it and Go Red Sox Nation!

I recently had body work done at this location because I had hit a deer. It took about a month before they could get me in for service. It was going to be a tight timeline as we were leaving for vacation and were planning to take this vehicle. The tight timeline and the need for the vehicle contributed to our stress level. The team at Auto Art South, Joseph and Chief, worked hard to get our vehicle completed for us in time for vacation. Due to the wrong parts being shipped to them for our vehicle it was right up to the morning we were leaving. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that we were able to make the trip as planned. I would recommend there services to anyone. They were professional, the work was perfect and their willingness to help us in a tight situation was greatly appreciated. I couldnt have asked for better service. You will not be disappointed.

At this shop you will find people who are professional, courteous, responsible, and who do a great job. Increasingly I am encountering business people who seem to feel that they are doing the customer a favor by serving them. Poor rating. I came to get an estimate and the guy looked like he didnt want to attend me. He was sagging, never shooked my hand, I felt a rude vibe coming from the guy. If this is how he treats his clients then Id hate to see how they would have treated my car. Unprofessional, took my business elsewhere

Craig and the whole staff at Auto Art South Collision is great! They have had to fix my 2015 Murano twice and did a fantastic job! The car looks brand new! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If you need to get any kind of car body work done, this is the place to go!

Had my bumpers worked on there. Looked good but they did not fasten everything up right and ended up on the side of the road cutting a large piece of plastic off the underside of my car with my pocket knife just to make it to work. They ARE replacing it for free, though.

Their reputation proceeds them. Great service and the workers are all friendly. Most importantly the damage to my jeep was repaired and looks brand new again. Cant even tell anything was damaged. Highly recommend!!
