Way behind on their schedule. I had an appointment but it still took me over 2 hours to take off the car for a simply oil changing and regular inspection! And the customer service is bad too! He even lied to me!! Also their full synthetic oil changing price is way much too high! They were going to charge me close to $90 for my little Ford! Everyone knows it shouldnt take over 45 minutes to complete oil changing and inspection. My appointment was 1:30, I arrived there at 1:25. However, until 3:15 they havent finished with my car. Asked the people to help me to check when it will finish. Their response was the oil changing was finished and was doing the inspection. The guy was doing inspection for several cars together, thats why took it longer. I asked them "Is the guy supposed to work with more than one cars together?" Their answer was "Yes, of course!" Obviously he was lied to me! They the same person shouldnt work more than one cars at the same time. Dont you think so?

I took my car in for a noise in the wheel. They assured me it was my front wheel bearings and so I had them replaced at a cost of over $400. When I returned to pick up the car, they informed me that they had installed them improperly and that I would need to bring the car back in to have those replaced. After bringing the car back in and having them replaced, it still made the same noise. This is because the problem was a rear wheel bearing. They replaced the rear wheel bearing at no cost, which took care of the noise. Two weeks later my front axle was coming loose from where they had improperly installed it, but they assured me the bearing was fine. Two weeks later on a trip to Atlanta, it began making a noise and needed replacing. It was replaced under warranty at a Firestone in Atlanta. 6 wheel bearings later my car sounds great- for now.

I called and made an appointment for the next day to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. They had my car on the lift at the appointment time. The work was completed and the charge was minimal. But driving away, I noticed that the tires were NOT balanced correctly. The steering wheel had a shake where it had not before. The next day I noticed only 1 valve stem was changed and I paid for both stems to be replaced. Since we have 3 cars at the household, I think using another establishment for our tire service in the future would be wise.

On a cross country try trip with my family and the minivans tires were looking a little low. I stopped by and asked if they could get them to the right levels for us so I didnt have to use a weak and inaccurate gas station air pump. They helped without hesitation despite being busy. Great crew!

I had the best experience!! I always wondered why this place was so busy and now I know. Not only did they have the best price for my full synthetic oil change they also had the best customer service!! The waiting are is large and clean!! They have gained a customer for life!!! Thank you!

Ive been a loyal customer at this Firestone for about 3 years. Let me tell you that the service I receive is above and beyond any other car care service place. The manager went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They will continue to have my business.

Being a corporate store they cant accept any parts or do anything that they cant diagnose. They like to give quotes on tires and other things and only have premium batteries. Its a good place to go to get an oil change or have your engine checked when the light is on.
