To lazy to check a part number! I had a rotor I needed to do a warranty exchange with and they dont have it so they order it. I get there the next day to exchange mine and they ordered the rear! The crazy part is in there system I couldnt exchange anyways because it was a different part number! Explain to me this I only have 2 rotors in your system with matching part numbers that dont match what you ordered, how did they think thats what I needed? OBVIOUSLY IM SUPER MAD RIGHT NOW OVER THE INCOMPETENCE!!

AutoZone sucks I called there to see if they would tell me if my starter was still under warranty and I have been put on hold 2 times after asking that question been on hold for 43 minutes now so I called for my home phone and it rings a few times then goes to a hi pitch sound I think maybe they closed at 4pm today because of Memorial day good job AutoZone I will just go to OReillys they answer the phone and are always open.

Gallatin has a fairly large AutoZone store. They are well stocked and seem to have most of what I need. What they dont have in their store is usually in the Nashville warehouse and they get deliveries several times a day from Nashville. The parts salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful

AutoZone in Gallatin has very knowledgeable and helpful personell on site. They installed a new battery for me they did diagnose a problem with another car for as well. Even if you dont buy anything, you will learn something.
