I just moved to Gallatin recently and needed some work done to my car, so I searched online and made a few phone calls to the highest rated places. I found somewhere I thought I would be comfortable with and brought my car there. (My 04 Civic Si was leaking coolant and oil. ) I get a call from said shop telling me I need a new radiator (thats fine, I figured I needed it anyway) and that my timing belt needed to be replaced, this is where I decided to check a few more shops. The reason for this is that my car doesnt have a timing belt, it has a timing chain. I thought maybe the man I was talking to misspoke or maybe he wasnt familiar enough with cars like mine. Anyway, that was a red flag for me because if you can not properly explain to me what needs to be fixed, theres an issue. I would have attempted to fix all this myself but I have limited room and my new place. So after being frustrated my mom called a few more places, this is where Coopers comes in. They were very friendly and accommodating on the phone, the man I talked to was knowledgeable and actually understood what was wrong with my car. So after a few tests, later that day I find out that I needed the radiator replaced which I knew, and that I did NOT need a timing belt. My oil leak was coming from a bunch of faulty gaskets. We dtopped the car off towards the end of the week and they let us know that they do not work weekends and that it should be done by Monday. They quoted us a very fair price. Also the lady that works the front desk was very sweet and we loved their 2 weenie dogs they have at the shop. I got my car back this afternoon, Im very impressed with the work they did. On top of that Im pretty sure they cleaned the inside of my car as well because I know it was filthy when I brought it in. In short, this is the place if you want to find a trustworthy group of mechanics who will not take advantage of you who provide fast work and excellent customer service. If there are any jobs I cant tackle myself in the future I will bring my car there and I plan on recommending everyone I can. Good businesses like this deserve praise and plenty of customers. I cant tell you how many times mechanics have tried to take advantage of me or my family and its nice to have trustworthy folks like this here in town. 5☆

Coopers is by far the best shop Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Absolutely First Class work at an incredible price. Mr. Anthony is by far the most intelligent/knowledgeable Master Mechanic that has ever worked on my truck. I have been to all of the shops in Gallatin and been screwed by two of the better known shops. But not by Coopers. Extremely honest and very skilled mechanics. And Mrs. Kelly is always very kind will always make sure that you feel welcomed and at home in their lobby; and she always makes sure that the boys in the shop get your vehicle taken care of in a timely manner.

Most importantly, I know that Im always given a good price, and if they recommend something needs fixing, its because it DOES, not because theyre "upselling" me. Always helpful, friendly and weve NEVER had an issue with any repairs theyve done for us. We have two cars and a truck that they have worked on and every repair was done correctly and for a reasonable price...sometimes FANTASTIC price. I think the dogs are adorable....spoiled, but adorable. If I had to recommend anything to improve the place, Id recommend they get a Lab.

These people sold a LEMON car to my daughter! And they knew it. Awful. Now we are stuck. We were barely able to put the pennies together to buy my granddaughter her first car to begin with. I find nothing Christian about their business practices. Pray for us, the victims. Better Business Bureau will be contacted. This isnt right. Its just not right.

What an awful way to respond to bad reviews, threatening to sue when you cant even sue for that without proof it isnt true when these people clearly went to YOUR shop, and you say youre a Christian company, so unprofessional shame on you. People that have had bad experiences are REAL clients too. Look how you lie to cover up.

Ihave never seen a more dishonest place in my life !!! They took 2000 dollars and the car still has the same problems and they refuse to fix it, second the woman was very un professional and rude , also they had dogs that. Were barking and stunk bad !! I guess its a red neck shop..!!!!!!!! Wow what a bad experience
