Let me start by saying I really wanted to like City Collision. They were friendly, gave me peace of mind, and the other reviews were great. However, I feel -- was -- horribly mislead. I was told it would take 4 days and I would have a loaner car (the MAIN reason I chose them over less expensive options). Not only did it take three weeks, but the loaner car broke down after only a few days (around 100 miles -- I reset a trip odometer). They said one of the main reasons the job took so long because parts had to be ordered. Well, then how about you order the parts, let the customer know when ALL parts have arrived, and then you can begin work on the car. Do not keep the car in your garage for weeks unnecessarily when there are no other viable, inexpensive forms of transportation. I called them for days afterward to see what had happened to the loaner car. They had to send it to other shop. So, I gave up on that, but I kept calling about my car and was always told they would call me back with anything updates. They never did. In fact, they once had me on hold for 45 minutes. When repairs were finally completed on my car, I noticed a few flaws. Let me stress that I am by no means a car expect. Honestly, I do not care about buffing, waxing and whatever, but I can tell when there is a new scratch on a window, what seems to be glue on a new handle, and misaligned paneling. For the price tag, I expected to not notice anything. The job seemed rushed, which is odd since it took weeks. In sum, they are expensive, slow, do not communicate, clearly do not care about their customers, and, in my opinion, do not do a good enough job for the price tag. STEER CLEAR.

This place is is awesome. Bryan (one of the owners) is a good dude who really cares about the customer. I went to 3 other local body shops, his price was extremely competitive, and he made sure that I knew all my options. Had my car in and out on the promised date. The painter knows his trade, and he takes pride in his work. The shop( including people that I didnt mention, Hector, tito ect) went above and beyond, and did little things that they didnt have to do, such as repairing a few stone chips in the front, and even buffing, and polishing out of scuff in the side skirt... the damage that I paid to have repaired was in the back. After all said and done, My black pearl wrx is brand new, so after the repair, I expected it to look brand new, and I certainly wasnt disappointed. I was shocked by the service of the shop, and I recommend them looking for a outstanding service, and quality workmanship. Gives a great name to small business.

City Collision completely took me by surprise. I had been to several body shops to get estimates. But my impression of the BIG DEALER shops was by far no match to that of City Collision. A extremely welcoming team, great customer service, took over dealing with my insurance and wait for it............. They gave me a FREE, yes FREE loaner for the duration of my cars repairs. I couldnt believe it. As I left I for a minute I thought I was being punked. No punk !!!! It was just before the Christmas holidays and my car was ready in a couple of days. I admit I was nervous as I drove to pick my car up not sure how good a job they had done. It was not good it was GREAT. My car looked exactly as got it new. Thank you City Collision for a great experience !!!!!!

I Had The Worst Experience Here & I Honestly Wish I Would Have Went With Service King. My Car Has Been Here For Over A Month Because Of There Lack Of Reading Thoroughly & There Lack Of Communication. I Had To Call For My Updates They Didnt Keep Me In The Loop At All So I Was Stuck Without A Car For Over A Month. Imagine My Frustration... I Called Before Pick Up To See What I Needed To Be Prepared For Financially & They Assured Me That Everything Would Be Paid For By The Insurance. I Get Here To Pick It Up Only To Find Out That I Did Need To Pay & Not Only That My Car Wasnt Even Finished On Time... This Has Been A Horrible Experience & All They Could Say Was Sorry Smh I Really Advise You All To Go Elsewhere Because Its Not Worth The Frustration & Hassle.

I have been so impressed and HAPPY with the professional work they have done on 3 of my vehicles. Their prices beat others by a mile and the atmosphere at the shop is no pressure or hassles. Bryan is very easy to work with, honest no sales tactics and always calls you back if you have questions. I would and do recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a GREAT experience. Hope I dont need them but know they will do me right if I do.

Very poor information on what was need to get my car back after i sent the lien holder the check. First i was told that all they needed was a tracking number of the check. Which they got. Then im told as well as a screen shot from the lein holder showing the check made payable to them. So i call and now they actually have to have the check in hand before they will release my car. This is irrating and very misleading to their customers.

VERY helpful staff. Jennifer (or Jessica) I believe was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had a car repair take a bit longer than anticipated but, they were keeping me informed the whole time, and even took me into the shop to see the reason for the delay with the specific issue, and allowed me to have hands-on learning about the problem part. I would definitely consider twice before going elsewhere for future needs. Way to go guys! :-)

I couldnt of had a better experience than I did. Initially I had an insurance claim, but while my car was going to be in the shop I inquired about an out of pocket expense (replacing front bumber) and they gave me a solid price! My Monte Carlo is looking brand new and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my interaction with Brian, Ryan, Mario, and even the shop dog was awesime!

Took over a month to fix minute damages and some other things that Id rather not rant over because its too much. Bottom line took forever for a disappointing outcome. Reused my old parts but with a new crappy paint job. Wasted my insurance settlement money on them.

Major thanks to City Collision Center! They did a excellent job on fixing up my SUV. The new paint job they performed on my minor dents was PRIMO!! Everything was priced very fairly too. Would recommend these guys everytime!
