Worst experience ever. Dropped of car May 30th, got car back on July 21st, 2017.Two total repaint jobs, and an additional paint on the passenger side door. Long story short, after 3 paint jobs, they drilled a whole in my front bumper and tried to hide it by mounting the license plate incorrectly, without the license plate bracket which is gone, over sprayed my back muffler, over sprayed and painted my rear bumper guard, painted my door key locks, and still a bad spot on the passenger side door after painting it 3 times. This spot will peel, just a matter of time. They also got paint over spray on my tire rims. So for about 3 months total they had my car and I received it back with the errors mentioned above. This Maaco Shop is located in Arlington Texas, 76013, on Michigan Street. I worked with Maaco Customer Service as well. They approved to have the car repainted under warranty the first time. After that the Customer Service was terrible. The Customer Service Warranty employee even told me they work for the franchises and are merely the middle person. After numerous attempts, documentation, pictures, and communication with Maaco Customer Service, and the Maaco Shop located in Arlington Texas, 76013, on Michigan Street I requested a refund. The cost to replace the bumper and repaint far exceeds what I was asking for. I would still have to pay hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to fix my car, the professional, and right way. The Maaco Shop in Arlington Texas, 76013, on Michigan Street said no and that per the contract they did what they could. Someone really needs to look at their contract. It appears it only protects the Maaco Franchises, not the cusomer. I truly hope the President of Maaco reads this review. He needs to be aware of the non quality, poor workmanship, bad customer service, and all the things that go with it. People do not waste your time, money, and efforts on a Maaco Paint Shop located in Arlington Texas, 76013, on Michigan Street. Worst experience I have ever had, stay away this shop in my opinion does not care about you and producing a quality paint job. I have experienced the WORST the absolute WORSE service ever. From customer service to the work done one my vehicle. I was helped by MONIQUE, first she told me it was going to be one week window. I left my car a Monday 4/10/17 and she told me it was going to be ready that following Monday 4/17. It was not. I called and she said Tuesday, than Wednesday, then Thursday. I called Thursday and she told me to pick it up at the location in Pantego. I get there and my car is NOT finished, still missing parts, she treated me like if I was an idiot. Why would she think is OK for her to send me to pick up a car that was NOT ready. She lied to me about the estimate, she lied about the one week window, she lied about telling me the car was ready. I could not believe the lies she had told me. All MAX is good for is to apologize( he said he was dealing with complaints all week and he was sorry), but never to resolve the issue. I finally picked up my car Friday 4/ 21. A poor poor job. Spray paint over the Chevy Logo, paint dripping down, the estimate I was given told me I was going to get my front hood repaired it was NOT, MAX said he did not do the estimate. Witch MONIQUE did it but I guess they dont care. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER MAACO AGAIN. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL AS THE WORK. AND IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH MONIQUE - GOOD LUCK TO YOU SHE IS BY FAR THE WORST. MAX said he was going to be the training Manager for this location and, he was NOT making this better NOR resolving the issue. It looked like no one in that location had any bit of sense or knowledge on what they were doing. HORRIBLE.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car to a garland location and it was brought to this place. read other rating as they are true. my car is about to be there for 4 months and they are not finished w it. it was giving back to me and when i inspected it there were things that seem not ok so I talk q them that I would keep for a week.since that I gave them more than 2 weeks to fixed it and they are not working on it still. oh and other things that were good are not working in my car my car is new and when they returned it it was very dirty inside. next time I will come to pick up at this location and they better return it clean. my insurance pay for things and they didnt do all the work. now they are asking them for more claims. they dont offer you rental car. I dont recommend this place they will get your car in. but who knows when it will be returned. I did see a person that works in the car and it did not look professional at all it looked more like a drunky smoker. paint Job bad. front bumper loose. no alignment was done. other paint on my vehicle paint. trunk door not working anymore. returned dirty. and something were not screw together under the car. FINALLY THEY WILL GIVE YOU 1000 OF EXCUSES. ONE MORE THING THEY DONT ANSWERS YOUR CALLS OR THEY WILL PUT YOU IN HOLD FOR ABOUT 15MINS. YOU WILL NEED ANOTHER PHINW NUMBER TO CALL THEM. No RECOMIENDO ESTA LUGAR. SE TARDAN MUCHO Y NO HACEN EL TRABAJO BIEN MI CARRO YA CASI TIENE 4 MESES AHI.

The only reason they are receiving a star is because zero is not an option. These are the biggest hacks I have ever seen in my life. They promised me I would have my car in two weeks, it took them two months to have my vehicle fixed. They often lied to me as to why it was taking so long. In reality their workers are not skilled and cannot repair vehicles properly. They painted over my key hole, stole my floor mats. Left the broken tail light in my trunk, where the liner wasnt even placed back properly. The new taillight is on crooked. There are bubbles under the paint, they lost the screws for my licence plate and I now have two different bolts half way screwed in to my plate. Did i mention they cut the rubber lining in my rear windshield that is meamt to keep water out of my vehicle? I only took my car back because I have been without it for two months. Please do yourself and the community a favor by boycotting this location because no one deserves to be scammed and conned the way I was.

I visited this MAACO after sustaining a large amount of damage to the back left side of my ford escape after an accident. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and the service was EXTRAORDINARY. They had all the parts ordered, replaced and even matched the paint PERFECTLY (off white) in a couple days. My total bill was thousands less then any of the other estimates I had received from other paint and body shops. I have HIGHLY recommended this store to all of my friends and family for any of there auto paint and body needs and will ONLY come here from now on. These are people that you can not only trust to do an EXCELLENT job with your car but also give you the most accurate and low price estimate without feeling taken advantage of as you do at other shops.
