Mr. Epps is extremely professional, gets the job done, and gets it done on time. I also love the thorough car wash he gives once your car is finished (which includes the interior as well). I feel like I get a brand new car every time I pick up my car from him! Each time I have an accident (which is about once a year), I always feel calm because I know my car is in safe hands. He goes above and beyond to provide you with the best service. The only downside is cost, but all body shops are expensive. The cost to repair car damages are always more than you think no matter where you go. Personally, I dont mind paying a little extra if I know they will do the best job and provide the best service. I wont get my car repaired anywhere else and have recommended him to all my friends.

It was a relief that from step one with the estimate for the insurance company, to the day I picked my truck up, the whole process was smooth and as expected. They were able to obtain the needed parts very quickly and had everything reassembled correctly, looking like new when they were finished. I had significant front-end damage from a malfunctioning gate, and I dropped the truck off on Monday, and it was ready as promised on Friday. It looked great! There was very minimal involvement with the insurance company. I also took advantage of and appreciated the free follow-up wash and wax a month after the repair, too.

My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Epps Body and Paint! We dropped off our vehicle to them on a Monday and they said they would try to have it to me before the weekend. I received a call on Wednesday that everything was on schedule. They called me again on Friday afternoon to let me know our vehicle was ready. Because I couldnt make it in on Friday, Ian came in on Saturday so I could pick up my vehicle. When I got there, my Tahoe looked brand new again! I can only hope I dont need to use a body shop again, but if I do, I will certainly be taking it to Epps!

This was by second repair at Epps. The first was fine. This was an older vehicle and it was to be an economical repair. Much to my surprise when I picked the vehicle up, it was very poorly done, with no painting as we agreed to...it looked very bad. I then had a ridiculous conversation with the owner who said that if I wanted them to do it right I could leave it and they would do it right for "$X" which was about 3 times the original quote. I believe that once they started the work, it required more hours than anticipated and they simply didnt want to honor their commitment....very disappointed.

I have had the opportunity to use Epps Body and Paint on three occasions. I commute weekly from Austin to Houston but after my two first repair jobs done by Epps I have preferred to also have them carry out the work in Austin despite that the insurance company suggested it more convenient to have the job done next to my place of work in Houston. These guys are really responsible and proud for the quality of their work. On times when a repair would have been just "fine", they have gone the extra mile to make it "perfect" without an extra charge. They finish the job on time. Whenever parts are needed, theyll order them for you at fair prices and no markup for them; they only charge for their labor. To top it off, they are a friendly bunch with wonderful disposition. I greatly recommend them.

Went by there to get an estimate on some scratches/scrapes and after one of the guys took a look, he told me it could probably be buffed out. After a few minutes with it in the back of the shop, 99% of the scratches/scrapes were gone and they didnt ask for a dime. Their honesty saved me a ton of money, so Ill definitely be returning if I need other work done. I would recommend everyone to stop by for at least the free estimate.

Epps is amazing! I had front end damage as well as extensive damage to the wiring. It was at the time of SAABs bankruptcy and it was a nightmare to get parts. They did not give up and searched EXTENSIVELY to find what we needed. The personal care and attention were great! They were in constant communication with me on the status. I will not take my car any where else!! I am a VERY satisfied customer!!

Very good experience with Epps. I have tried most of the body shops around the Lakeway area (my car is a magnet for scratches and dings). After my last experience, I will be using Epps exclusively. They kept me updated on the status of my car every step of the way, made sure the whole car looked like new when I picked it up and overall actually cared about my experience and happiness. Yay for Epps!!!

An employee of mine recently backed into a wall in one of our trucks and caused some minor damage to the back panel and bumper. I got a quote from another body shop and then got a 2nd quote from Epps -- their price was significantly less. They got the job done in the time frame they promised and the truck looks great! I have had 2 vehicles repaired at Epps and both times I was very pleased. They do an amazing job at a reasonable price in a short time. The last time my vehicle was completed the next day and looked brand new! I also would not get my car repaired anywhere else and highly recommend Epps!

The people here are very friendly and helpful.. They made several suggestions that allowed me to have my car reparied much cheaper than I had expected. And when I first arrived with a need for a quick fix, they found a way to get me back on the road immediately and there was no charge.

This place had horrible customer service. They had my car for 5 weeks to fix hail damage and when I went to pick it up, they forgot replace the hood of my car. The manager also left extremely unprofessional voicemail on my phone regarding a miscommunication on their part.

The folks at Epps were awesome! I was so happy with the work that they did, and when I got my car back, it looked better than new! I love that they offer a follow-up wash & wax after 30 days, so Ill be taking advantage of that soon.
