BEWARE!!! LIED ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK. I bought a coupon from Living Social that had several different free services on it that I could get done through Southwest Automotive Repair. I went in for an oil change and an A/C check, since it was blowing a bit weak. Both of these services were already paid for with my coupon. The mechanic told me I needed a new check valve in my trucks A/C and it was leaking antifreeze, an estimate he gave would be $300-$400. Im a college student and dont have that kind of money to spend, so I immediately went to two other mechanics to test the validity of what the mechanic at Southwest told me. BOTH told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the check valve in my A/C, and one charged me $25 of labor to clean out the A/C debris that builds up over time. My A/C has worked like new for going on 9 months now. Dont trust these guys. They sell their coupons at a loss, and then instead of trying to form a loyal customer base by providing honest, good service, they try to make their money back by lying about nonexistent problems with your vehicle.

I bought a groupon to get oil changes from Southwest Automotive Repair and my first experience was great. I got there bright and early got my oil changed and was on my way! I went back my second and third time and once again got in an out and was on my way. The 4th time I came in I noticed a smell in my car and figured it was an air filter. When I got there they took a look and they didnt have my item in stock but they ordered it and I came back later that day they fix it in about 30 mins it was so fast. Its nice to go some where and get the job done and go on about your day. Great customer service.

I have been going to these guys since 1993. I now live in Williamson County and I will not take my car anyplace else. Same with both of my kids. They are absolutely HONEST; on time; absolutely reliable; and treat me like a queen. (And that includes the guys in the shop.) I cannot believe comments made 11-10-09 by Rebecca . . . when I lived in Oak Hill ALL of my neighbors went there too. I have NEVER heard a negative comment about them.

All my trips to Southwest Automotive have been great experiences - they explain the problem without talking down to me, make rational recommendations for repair (or things to watch out for), have high standards for their mechanical work, and do what they say theyre going to do in the time they said and within the estimate provided. Ive recommended them to others and theyve been just as pleased. Highly recommended!

Aaron took my car in at 8am on JULY 3RD!! He said he could replace the brakes by 1PM - and he did! He even called me at 1 to let me know it was done - I did not have to call him. He did only what was necessary to make the car safe - just as I had asked. No mumbo jumbo about what other work was needed. Very honest, friendly and personable.

I have used SW Auto since 1992. First with the previous owner (Bob) and now with Rick, I have never been disappointed with them. They are honest, trustworthy and reliable. If you are looking for discount service this is probably not the place for you but if you are looking for high quality work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend them.

Both my husband and I have taken both of our older model vehicles there for service & maintenance. They were always realistic about what repairs were needed and Rick took the time to go over everything that had to be done in detail. I wouldnt take my vehicles or my business anywhere else!

Just a group of dishonest men who get a kick out of seriously overcharging and then they try to make you like them for it.
