Absolutely unacceptable!!! Called during the morning to schedule an appointment to get my truck looked at, since it had a weird noise coming from the rear end. The owner told me to bring it to him that day at 1 and hed have it fixed by 5 that afternoon, before hanging up the phone with him, I verified that it would be done today or if not I could come in another day since this is my only vehicle. Well I was their at 1 as directed.... they didnt return from lunch till almost 1:20.... then I told Rebecca about the issues I was having and the conversation I had with her husband. By 3pm I still hadnt got a call about what the diagno was, so I called back. Rebecca proceeds to tell me theyre not going to get to look at it at all that day.... so I took a 1/2 day off work for nothing..... well I went and got my truck and took it across the street to Goodyear and they took it back immediately and had me back on the road within an hour! Dont waste your time or money on Myers!

We moved to the area over 4 years ago and we were looking for a good mechanic. We were referred to Myers Motors. We have been loyal customers since. They have worked on everything from our motorhome to our 2004 F150 and anything else we have brought to them. We highly recommend them - Rebecca and Thomas are the best. Actually they became our "go to " for things other than mechanic related. We have since moved a little further away and still go to Myers. They are honest, fair and reasonable.

On 1/8/14 Thomas Myers Automotive replaced the timing belt on my 2004 Honda Accord. I had an appointment for 8:00 and they started work right away. They replaced the timing belt, the accessory belt and the water pump, all at a very reasonable price and in under 3.5 hours. I was out the door before 11:30. Impressive!
