The man at this shop has a serious attitude problem. My driver was delivering a vehicle to this establishment (a vehicle this place botched the repair on and was bringing back at customers request). The customer requested the shop pay for the tow and when my operator asked them to pay, the guy blew a gasket and started cussing her. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, a guy spends over 3000 on a repair and the truck only makes it 9.3 miles and then you refuse to pay the return tow, you dont deserve ANYONES patronage. Avoid this place! As a side note, I had to give it 1 star or this wouldnt get published.

I live in the neighborhood behind this shop and my father used to take his car here. I have called them for 4 different repairs and they charge double or even triple what other reputable repair shops in this area charge. They believe they are the best in the business, yet they are clearly not. They botched several repairs on my fathers car and he ended up taking his car to another shop to have the repairs they botched done correctly. The mechanics spend more time working on their own classic cars and trucks than the customer vehicles. (I can clearly see this because I drive by several times a day)

SCAM artists! We took my grandmas car here to get the cruise control fixed. They kept the Jeep for 7 days, did not fix the problem, and charged me over $400 for looking at it. Furthermore, when I asked for an itemized receipt they refused to give me one. If they were unable to fix it, why didnt they tell me before 7 days was up? I had a full tank of gas when I brought it in, when I got it back the tank was empty. I got scammed. Avoid this place so you dont too.

Do not go here! My husband and I DROVE our car to this repair place because it was having difficulty starting. They quoted us $2500 to have it repaired. One week and three phone calls later thay said that it would now cost $8500 to have it RUNNING AGAIN. We declined any further service, but they are requiring that we pay the labor they say they have already put into the vehicle. So, we have to pay $1250 before we can have our car TOWED to another shop.

The first time we used this shop I went in with my wife and we received a fair rate on both the parts and labor. Twice since then she went in by herself and was quoted an excessive amount for the parts and WAY too much for the labor time involved with the work. They do good work, but overcharge, especially when my wife went in by herself.

CROOKS!!! spent $1400 just to get AC blowing cold air. Two months later it stopped working. Took vehicle in and they would not fix it unless I paid another $700. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
