They agreed to change my oil and filter for 29.95 if I furnished oil and filter. My wife took the 09 avalon to them. They told her she needed new air filters inside and for engine. Wix brand is less than $35. They charged her $50. They will take advantage of someone without knowledge of mechanics. This is a unacceptable business practice in my book. Not again.

You have to get here early otherwise the wait will be two hours, but its not for their lack of speed, its just that they are that popular. They were fast, nice, and from what I can tell did a great job. Ill be going back for sure.
