I would not recommend going here. If you are disabled/hard of hearing. The owner will take advantage of you. My mother is 54 years old with one leg. Most of the time she can not hear a word you tell her. This is very obviously when you talk to her. Her car broke down and this was the closest place she could walk to. I walked with her and we went in. She asked how much it would cost for them to take a look at it. They told her free of charge. She told them she would see about it getting towed in but she was low on money. The clerk at the front desk said they would help her get it towed in. Implying free of charge. Monday the 28th of October 2013 I walk up their to find out the damage to car. He quote me between $1200-$1800. For what was needed to be done is a good price. At this time I left told him I would tell my Mother. Not at any point in any of our conversation did he tell my Mother or me. That their was a storage fee or a tow fee. Nobody not once told us these things. We did not find this out till later. My mom went up there a week later. I was not with her. This was a big mistake. He turned into a shark. In a instant. He told my mom he had someone that would buy the car for a price around $70. The man who brought the car thought he just had to pay the tow services then pay the remaining amount to her. She thought he would pay for the tow services plus buy the car from her. I dont think anyone properly explained to her what was happening and what the deal was. That very day she got a price from another company to buy the car for $309. So its not too far fetch to believe that some one would pay the $60 tow fee plus $70 to buy the car. She just wanted the car gone. So she took the deal. She told them to wait. That she would go get the title and be back. They did not wait. He paid for the tow service. Got a piece of paper saying he brought the car. Without even having the title signed over to hes name. From this company. The man that brought the car also owned a tow truck company... Just beware. I would ask a lot of questions before leaving your car here. They use dirty tactics to get money from you here. If you dont get your car fixed there.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR!! Not only are the mechanics Conns but the financial institutions they use to finance your vehicle if you cant pay it are conns. I was charged 104% interest with a daily rental fee OF $7 WHICH COMES TO A GRAND PAY OFF TOTAL FOR $6838 FOR A $2700 BILL ?? Why would they refer their customers??? I brought my truck her because I heard wonderful things about this place and they had some good reviews but when when my husband took it for a estimate they feed him all lies and clearly stated we will only replace whats needed and after test driving it he quoted us $900. We told them to go ahead and fix it and they told us they would call us with a final number the next day. Well when they called they said it will be $2700!!! That they already pulled it apart so if we say no then its $700 for them taking it apart n then another $700 to put it back together. With extreme frustration I told them just go ahead because they offered "in house" financing. Well not only was the financing company a rip off when I got my bill it showed 900 in parts and $1750 "flat labor fee" for rebuilding my transmission. If that was the "flat fee" why tell me $900 to began with??? This was the worst experience of my life. Not only did they lie and conn me into leaving it there they had me ripped off by their financial institution! So I say it again . DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ok where do I start?? I took my 01 Cadillac DTS to A&M on January 3, 2015. On the 5th I was told that my transmission needed rebuilt. I gave permission to do repairs. After not able to get lump sum Alfredo agreed to take 10 wkly payments which is why I gave 2 stars bc he didnt have to do that. Now the bad... I picked car up on April 10, 2015 and car stopped on April 11, 2015 due to overheating (never had overheating issues. Less than 65 miles after picking up from shop. Other issues included.... 1. 529 miles put on car while in A&M possession 2. Broken piece on hood(next to grill) 3. Hood no longer stay up by itself 4. Air Bag light on(try to say bc my radio was taking out but radio been out vehicle) 5. Temp gauge dont work (again, work w/o issues before A&M worked on it) 6. After taking car back on morning of 04/11/15 bc of hard shifting, I was told that I need motor mounts (which are actually transmission mounts... Shouldnt they have known that when tranny was apart?) Alfredo offer to put mounts on waiving the labor fees (I thought was a good gesture until later that evening when car went down)

Friendly people but I would not recommend using A&M. Brought wifes van in to have window motor replaced. 1 month later had to bring it back for the same issue. Second time manager told me put a new motor instead of a used motor. I never approved used parts being put on the vehicle. Brought my truck in for suspension issues and was told my rear diff seal was leaking. Hadnt seen any signs of leaks but truck has a lot of miles so I agreed to replace the seal. Within 2 weeks i had to bring truck back in because rear diff was leaking badly. Within 3 weeks of second visit to shop the rear diff locked up on me while i was out of town. Had to different shops tell me seals were still leaking and both thought fluid had been recycled instead of being replaced. Paid A&M over $500 for parts and labor and within 5 weeks had to spend $1500 to replace the entire rear end. Sad part is I didnt have any problems with the drive train before they "fixed it"!

I would say this is the worst shop I have ever let work on my car. Very dishonest and crooks... I brought in my car for a simple install on a starter. So I thought. First off car was delivered to shop with a full tank of gas. When returned 1/2 full. Also when I was out of town at work when car was supposed to be at shop. I received several calls from friends and family saying they see my car driving all over town. When I returned to town I witnessed someone in my car driving to store. I went to shop to inspect car and confront owner I was told a bold face lie that car never left shop. When I called owner out on the 1/2 tank of gas missing and the sightings of car they just wanted to reimburse for fuel. I knew I got bent over so I just wanted to pay for my car and never return. Thats when I was hit with a $957 bill. Good luck taking your cars to these clowns.

Lied about the work they did. Actually lied about what parts they had removed. When I called them out about it, they changed up their story. And said "Well, you seem pretty knowledgeable about this." The manager was telling me the about the work (lies) as well, when I told her about the lies, she said "I have to go by what my mechanics tell me." In the end I had to pay $400 for a removed drive shaft and a crossbar without a diagnostic done and was told that it was thru their kindness that I even got my truck back because a contract was signed. Oh, and the gentleman left me with a "Merry Christmas". I look forward to reading their response and seeing the 5 stars they give themselves to keep their rating up. People should not go here if you need to put trust in a mechanic.
