I cant think highly enough of the team at Pharaoh Auto, they really did an excellent job of fixing up my old Pacifica. They got the old suv safe to drive again and discussed the other issues that I would be facing to fix her up. The prices were right and Sam didnt try to sell me up on other parts and explained in detail. They have earned my business in the future. After the visit above in August, we traded the Pacifica in for a Hyundai Sonata and my wife was hearing sounds while driving it. We took it into Pharaoh and Sam took it on a quick drive. Gave us the advice on the full wheel alignment and check the tires and promised if we still had issues he would take time to fully inspect and see. We were in and out of the shop in about 30 mins after another 5 star service.

My 2001 SLK would not shift out of park and the check engine light was on. After reading reviews about the Mercedes repair shops in San Antonio Pharaohs seemed to be my best bet. Sam quoted me a price to fix both items. The entire shifter assembly had to be replaced and it works well. The check engine light was due to a stuck valve on the charcoal canister. Mercedes could not produce a new valve for the canister so the entire canister had to be replaced. Even though the canister cost a lot more than just he valve Sam stuck to his original quote saving me a lot of money. Pharaohs will be the first place I visit when my SLK needs service.

I recently bought a Nissan X terra there and Loved it. Two days later the Engine light came on. Being a girl and not knowing what was going on i freaked and called them. We already had an appoitment to get an alignment so they told me they would check it out when I Brought it in. It took them a couple of days and in the mean time they let me take another car from their lot! And they fixed everything that was wrong with no charge to me! I would suggest them to anyone who is looking for honest people who arent trying to take advantage of you! They have been great throughout the entire process!

Sam and his staff are fantastic. I have no knowledge in cars and typically am very scared to take a car to be fixed anywhere because of my past experiences. I called Sam during the week and told him what was wrong or so i thought and gave him a few hours notice before i dropped it off around 1 pm. Car was repaired and running in 4 hours of the same day. The staff sermed knowledgeable and had a willingness to help. Sam was friendly and helpful, he made me feel he was trustworthy. I have found the only place i will take my car in the future and i would recommend this shop to anyone.

Very disappointed!! I tried this place based on the great reviews. Was there a total of 7 minutes, 5 of which were spent waiting for SOMEONE to acknowledge my existence. In the time that I was there a man (who turned out not to be a paying customer at all) drove up and was greeted immediately (and politely) but when I walked up right behind him, the owner hopped back on his Bluetooth conversation and didnt even say "Hi" or "Be right with you" or even a reassuring smile. He then rushed me out and it was clear that he didnt value my possible business.

I am a small "hobbyist" dealer who is also a car nut specializing in BMWs, Mercedes, Volvo, Audi and I always take my cars to Sam. He has proven himself to be honest and very professional and he never fixes something that doesnt need fixing. He is "old school" and believe is treating his customers fairly and his prices are more than reasonable. I would trust Sam with any job and feel he has the competence to do just about anything. On top of that, he always has a smile on his face and a good word. I would highly recommend Paraohs to anyone.

Sam was awesome! My MB Ml 350 had been at MB for a sound coming from the right tire area after MB replaced the sway bar and wanting to replace shocks. Sam found that all it was the clip to the brake pads had come off -- an easy an inexpensive fix. He is really awesome! I do not write reviews ever I do read them often. This was incredible. I will be going back to see Sam again!

We bought a car from Sam after him being our mechanic for 3 years. It immediately had problems, and big ones. He did not honor his sale, and we ended up not only paying too much for the car (our fault), but paying close to 4k more for vital repairs. He totally blew us off.
