BEST car repair shop experience Ive had! If you want superior customer service, fair prices, fast service and friendly honest people then this is the place to get it. Jacop the manager and his staff was amazing--especially Chris the receptionist guy and Don the mechanic. My 96 Saturns belt busted at about 67k miles. I was in the middle of a random neighborhood when this happened. The next morning, I called Midas since their website clearly offered tow with service, but I confirmed this was NOT true. Called AAMCO to confirm the same thing, and of course they do, as their website said. Tow guy came to MY apartment to pick up my car keys then towed the car at its location. Couple hours later, I already have a quote on repairs and was very reasonable. He told me it would be done the next day, and it sure was. While waiting for a public bus, on my way to pick up my Saturn, I get a call from Chris, telling me my car got hit my a random driver. If that wasnt bad news enough, the bus was VERY late, and all this happened right when they were about to close too. They were able to come pick me up at my bus stop!!!! So upon arriving, I see that my car was teed into the driver side door. The accident was ruled 100% the random girls fault. Communication with AAMCO during this fiasco was very friendly, fast and professional. About a week later, my tensioner assembly falls apart! I called AAMCO first who sent someone to my location to check the problem and managed to drive my back to their shop to fix (it was loose but since we were physically less than a mile away, it was drive-able to there). Left it and got it the very next day at a super cheap price. I cannot advocate this place enough! So many moments throughout my whole experience with them has been remarkable and I dont know if you noticed on several occasions they went out of their way to help me out. They truly care and go out of their way to take care of you. DEPENDABLE, HONEST, CHEAP and FAST best describes AAMCO in so many words.

People please do not ever take your car over here they broke it my car was working now theyre giving me a car that does not work. I was just checking the transmision and the gear to shift in transition now its all broken it was working just fine.. my car was ok they finish it breaking it....response after reading the managers response...9/22/2016...i did not state i took it to three different places i stated i took it for an oil change to firestone and christian brothers for a check up none of the shops told me the transition was bad i got their receipt which none said the tranmission was wrong i wanted a third opinion because one of my friend said me to go to AAMCO for a free check up my car was working not a hundred percent i would say but at least it was taking me to work and the gears were shifting just fine... at the end of the day you all were about to close up and while waiting in the waiting room yall have,,, i heard like a mini boom sound and then the guy at the counter tried to convince me the transmission in my car was all bad i needed fixing. he did not even want to give me a receipt or an estimate which i thought it was odd i got out of the shop and the "mechanics" were pushing my car when i gave them a running car for a check up. i believe your mechanics broke my transmissions and i just want to let people know how yall run business taking advantage of people like me.. Ive been struggling since then but theres a God that sees everything and yall did wrong Karma is going to get yall back! and i dont want anything to do with your business yall just unfair! God Bless bye lost a customer for ever and ever!!

My check engine light had come on, and my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid smelled like gasoline. I took it in to AAMCO, because I knew they would run a free diagnostic on it. They did, and located the problem fairly quickly. The price was not what I wanted to hear, but thats not what this rating is about. The customer service that I received at AAMCO was far beyond what I had expected. I had to keep coming back into the shop with my 1-year-old daughter, and everyone always made sure that we had water and they were very kind to us. All technicians seem very knowledgable and friendly. That being said, I feel that Jacob especially went above and beyond the call of duty when he called several places (on two different occasions) trying to find cheaper prices on used fuel tanks. This ended up saving me about $300. Any part that was needed, he did ample research to discover the cheaper way to do something. I left feeling that I had gotten the best possible deal that I could. I really like this AAMCO locaion, and will probably start taking my car there for regular maintenance as well - I fully trust the staff to do what is right, not what is convenient. Thanks, guys!

I had a company truck brought into this shop covered under fleet for a transmission leak. (On a thrusday) The guy by the name of William said that I would receive the truck the next day on Friday he said the week had other problems, I told him to just fix the leak. On Saturday he said he was off so a guy by the name Jeff said he couldnt do anything and William wanted to talk to me on Monday. Mind you fleet had already approved everything. On Tuesday he said the converter was leaking and that he was wanting on fleet to approve it ( milking for money). On Wednesday morning he said that everything was approved and that hell have the truck ready by the end of the day. I called at 4pm the shop closes at 5pm he said ( were finishing it up now and Ill call when its complete by the end of the day). So at 5pm I had my employee go to the shop to retrieve the truck and the shop was close and the truck was on a lift. No word for William Ive record all conversations. And real wish I could attach the pictures. I will make sure that my company will need use this shop again. And you do the same.

As long as Jeff is working at AAMCO, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for repair. I had just purchased a used car for my daughter, in fact, I was driving it home. I stopped for gas and the car would not start so I had it jumped. To make a long story short, it looked as if I had major transmission issues as the car would not go into reverse and drive. I managed to "limp" the car to AAMCO where Jeff determined it was a cable missing from the battery and not the transmission. He gave the vehicle a complete look over, knowing it was for my 16 year old daughter and he was as concerned for her safety as I was! He replaced the cable at a small cost and told me about some minor issues with the car. He even showed me some additional features on the car! Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. His work ethic is very much appreciated.
