This guys are awesome! Norm I believe is the manager and he is such a great guy! I have a POS older than dirt car, but Im a poor female college student and its all I have. Norm and the guys ALWAYS take care of my car when I need it without any hassle, upsale, scare tactics, etc.. My first experince with them was a year ago I had a blown tube in my tire and had taken it to my original mechanic who said, "Its just a bent rim". Took it to midas and these guys not only showed me where the blown tube was (it looked like a tumor on my tire!), but was able to get me a new tire within 45 minutes for, I think, less than $200 when all was said and done. This past June I needed a flush because after 10+ years my car has never had one. Norm told me flat out a flush can cause more problems on an older car and that theyll take a look at it first to make sure itll be okay! Any other shady mechanic wouldve flushed it without question, said I have all these problems now, and try to scare me into a gross amount of money and repairs. These guys are so wonderful!! I wont be going anywhere else for a long time!!

my van was over heating took it to Midas to get it it fixed.they suggested a radiator flush to stop from over heating. i asked them is that going to fix it cause i dont want to keep paying things dont work. they said yes. so i agreed to it what do you know it started over heating again. it was a Friday when i got this done and the van sat for 2 days. i drove Monday briefly and everything was ok. Tuesday i drove it on free way sure enough it started over heating again.so i took it to another midas they told me my radiator was bad and they should have known that.so i called this store back to get a refund the guy name is regie and he is very rude would not even try help. he said there is nothing they can do. this place sucks. i am manager and i would never treat any customer the way they did me.

These guys are full of mess! I go in because I have a vacuum leak that can clearly be heard, and instead of fixing it myself I figured Id save time by dropping off my truck so it can also get the safety inspection. The manager said he looked at it and the issue could be a number of things. I again told him exactly what the problem was. He went back out and came back in a couple mins later and said he couldnt hear any air leaking, but saw that my alternator was spewing oil. Way to try and pull a fast one on me. I know that the alternator does not have oil, the engine does. Needless to say, I will not be taking my business there.

Awesome customer treatment with consistancy no matter what the issue is. The thing I like the most about this location is the honesty and the integrity they maintain throughout. I had been here several times and none of my visits was unsatisfactory. No bullshit and straight forwardness. On top of all, they dont try to over sell other stuff when you go with your problem. No bullshit sales tactics to sell their products or services. Both owner and staff are very ethical and nice people.

my first visit this past week - these guys were very professional, described and showed me the issues with brakes and tires. estimate inspection was thorough and complete (test drive, put car on lift, remove tires and inspect brakes, etc.) they did the repairs immediately and I was out of there in 1.5 hours. recommending shop to my employees and will service our fleet vehicles there as well. great job!

Very fast work and affordable. Didnt confuse me or try to sell me anything (when they could of seeing as how I know nothing about cars) Going back there today for an oil change. Even with a good coupon for another place, I choose to come here because after a year they are the ones I trust most with my car.

I usually have my guard up with auto shops because I think theyre trying to oversell. However, I was impressed by this location and their honest assessment for my cars repairs. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend it.

Jim was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I called a few muffler shops in the area and most were just rude and not willing to help. It was refreshing to have called Midas Carrollton and Jim had a great attitude over the phone. Highly recommend to all! Thanks!

Great guys! They ordered my muffler, fixed it that day, and even drove her around the corner to get a safety inspection so that I didnt have to do it myself. Robert and the rest of the team are great guys, and I will be going back to them in the future.

Theres a reason these guys are rated so high. From managment to the mechanics these guys know what they are doing. It is diffcult to find good mechanics, management, and customer survice but i found it all at this Midas location! Highly recommended!

Have had two repairs: one for a cooling fan and another for a wheel hub. There was no charge to diagnose and the repairs were fast. Ask for Reggie, he took great care of my car and is committed to quality. Ill keep going back.
