1st time today, my impression is, Roger (the mechanic) does not speak a lot but he does the job well. Ask him a question though and he would gladly explain . I had a maintenance service that would cost me $$$ from a busy dealership service and I saved around 40+% here and for that Im happy. I also didnt get the usual routine of a dealer mechanic going back and forth to me with a dramatic scratching/shaking his head implying that "this and that" should be repaired or my car would disintegrate at the george bush turnpike Id end up saying yes and a few hundred dollars poorer..... The lady in front was very accommodating and super nice. This is my first review. So far so good. I will write more reviews for my next services..... Added: I got a phone call from Roger after an hour or so telling me I left my wallet in their shop... oh no!!!!!! I didnt even realize I left my wallet in their shop ... phew!!!!!!! could have been a big problem had I left it somewhere else... I feel compelled to write this part of the story, why? because honesty is the cousin of integrity.. and people with no integrity rip you off! .... Id recommend All Pro. All good experience so far.

I read the reviews for this site and was excited to see such a well rated mechanic so close to my apartment. When I went in to have the job I needed done quoted, my mind was put at ease by a reasonable price of $900 for an enormous problem to fix. I had thought it would have been more costly, and when Angelo said it would be done in a couple of days I was completely delighted. However, I ended up spending $2400 total and getting my car back 2 and a half weeks later. I kept getting calls and the prices kept rising and the expected date for me to get my vehicle returned kept getting farther away. On top of this experience, a gasket broke the day after I retrieved my car. I took it back (thinking that there were special circumstances to my particular issue and that all the positive reviews couldnt be wrong, right?). Angelo fixed it without calling to quote me first. He had already done the work and told me it would be an additional $300. I will never take my car back to All Pro Automotive. I feel like they really took advantage of me. I didnt scream and make a fuss, so I got walked all over by exorbitant fees and a ridiculous waiting period.

This is my 2nd experience with Roger and both times was very disappointing. The first time he charged me more than he quoted without calling me to let me know. I gave him a bad review and he called very upset with the review although I tried to explain to him the reason. Decided to give him another chance and he replaced my alternator on 5/10/14. Drove it home and begin to hear a little squeak of the belt. Woke up Sunday and the belt was squeaking so loud that you couldnt hear yourself think. Took it back in on Monday hoping to get it repaired. He coudnt even remember that I brought it in on Saturday although they wasnt busy. Told me that the belt needed replacing although he said nothing about it on Saturday. Said it would be a $100 dollars as he was walking off if I wanted it replaced. Very rude and if that is the way he treats his customers I am surprised he has any business. If anyone ask me about a good mechanic in the area it will not be Roger and All Pro Automotive...

Just had a great experience at All Pro Automotive! I needed to find an auto repair shop near my house, so I looked here at the reviews and saw they had 5-star ratings across the board. My sons Jeep was making a horrible screeching noise. I called about 40 minutes before they were about to close on Saturday, but they said to bring it in and theyd look at it, but couldnt promise theyd be able to fix it today. Turned out it needed a new timing belt pulley. I was a little concerned that they just started fixing it without telling me how much it was going to cost, so I asked and he said it would be $75 for the labor and whatever the cost of the part, probably about $60 - $70. They stayed late and had it fixed in about 40 minutes, and the total was only $120! Being a woman, Im always a little sceptical going into a car repair shop, but I felt they were honest and trustworthy, polite and respectful. I will definitely go back next time I need any work done on any of our familys cars.

All Pro has been our mechanic on both my personal vehicles and work vehicles for the last 4 or 5 years. I will continue my business with them because of their honesty, workmanship, and responsiveness. They have built my trust over the years through their integrity and honesty. Its not to say that we havent had disagreements over various repairs and costs, but they have handled those issues responsibly and we have always found common ground. As a small business owner myself, I fully understand that mistakes will happen and no matter how hard we try we cant keep everyone happy. If youre looking for an honest and experienced repair shop, that might make a few mistakes along the way, but can ALWAYS be trusted to provide fair prices and reliable service, then I highly recommend All Pro Automotive. I will continue to bring our vehicles for years to come.

My clutch was all but dead and so I started shopping around and All pro was $500 cheaper than the others even though the parts price was the same as others. All pro stated that they could fix it two days faster and while I was getting quotes other places put me on hold so they could quote me a price, All Pro was on the phone the whole time, he was straight forward and so much more affordable. When I called back other places they wanted to know what the winning quote was and once I told them they tried to adjust their prices which only proved that most mechanics are greedy! I was also offered a "loaner" car as well at no cost. -All Pro will have all my mechanic business from here on out (in regard to things they fix).

I have been taking my 1995 Toyota Avalon exclusively to All Pro Automotive & Transmissions for about 3 years now and I have always received exceptional service. From oil changes to major repairs, the staff takes the time to show me and educate me about whats wrong with my car and how much it will cost. I have never felt pressured to get the repairs done and am always told a safe time frame when I should get the repairs completed. When visiting All Pro, I am consistently treated fairly, with respect and with honesty. Because of this, my family, friends and I will continue to take our vehicles to All Pro Automotive and Transmissions!

I have always tried to do all auto repair myself to save money and to avoid unnecessary extra work. I had no choice when my daughters Ford Taurus locked up with a frozen AC compressor and clutch. The car would remain forever dead until the frozen unit was removed, and thanks to Fords design, it couldnt be done in my garage. I met Roger and sensed that I was dealing with a no nonsense hard worker who would get the job done. He didnt bat an eye when I offered a coupon that lowered the total bill by hundreds of dollars. I will recommend this business to anyone.
