Called Saturday and explained the problem I was having. The shop foreman told me he could get the part and repair the car but couldnt do it that day because it was close to closing. So I called up there today and an asian man answered the phone, was told he didnt have the part and hung up. Called back and tried to better explain myself but he didnt seem to care. Was told I would get a call back from the shop foreman (which I never did) sent my relative up there only for him to tell them they charge $100 to just look at the car. The problem my family member is having with their car is VERY hazardous yet this man doesnt seem to really care about potential customers or customer service. WILL not go there nor recommend anyone to.

Went there for oil change on May 22, 2013. David Le (The owner) advised that I needed a new oild pan, because someone stripped the drain plug last time. He did not realized he was the solely mechanic shop for oil change for 3 years (Since July 2011). He kind of slapped his own face in front of customers. He did not anwser my questions and did not even appoligize, not even to fix my oil pan. I will love to bring him to "Small Claim court", And thanks to my atterney would help me for no charge.

I took my Nissan Quest 12 for the scheduled maintenance. This was my first time taking this car to service, as its a "new to me" car. Anyways, I got a coupon on my mail from Japanese Auto Repair, and made a call. The gentleman that picked up the phone was very polite. I scheduled my visit, went there and everything was ran very smoothly. Honestly not cheap, but I understand imported cars are usually a bit more expensive to maintain. I will definitely take my car for service again.

Great Service, fast, and honest. They leave no stone un-turned. They fixed my AC just in the nick of time before Summer the same day so I didnt have to deal with the hassle of not having a vehicle.They even found a nail in one of my tires and patched that up for me. They wont do any other work without consulting you first and will tell you if work is necessary or not. Very good experience and refreshing to find a mechanic shop that is actually honest.

I have taken my Infiniti in several times and have walked away happy each and everytime. The staff is always friendly and upfront about any charges that will be incurred, and they are always great about advising me about any service that my car may need in the future. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Japanese Auto Repair. The mechanics are honest and very good at what they do and their prices are reasonable.

The battery on the control fob to open/close and do a lot more things for my 2006 Toyota Prius finally ran out. Guess 10 years was enough. Mr. Lee ordered a new one (I replaced the one my wife uses as a precaution.) Took 2 business days to order and receive the new parts. Prius now running on its second decade with new control fob batteries. Service from Japanese Auto Specialist was, as usual, prompt and excellent.

We have 3 cars and always seem to be having one of them serviced or inspected. This time, I had to reschedule an appointment (multiple times actually), and I was not pressured to get more work done than I wanted. The report was emailed to me so that I could review it on my time. They always remember me and inquire about my husband, who is usually the one to bring in the cars. I highly recommend Japanese Auto!

super over price! ridiculous price! my friend show me this paper to me. it shows when she visited japanese auto repair on 2013 someday to change oil and air filter. she arrived usa 2013. so she didnt speak english well. and also she is she... she was good food to over pay. they kidding her. impose total 85.51 labor 50.99 parts 34.52 as you can see picture. they are honest price? I never think so!

I agree with Sara B. I took my car to this place a few months ago (based on the good reviews I had read here) and I experienced the same lack of care from the owner. I got the feeling he was too busy to discuss the issue I thought my car had at the moment. So I took my car to "All Star Japanese Engine & Auto Service" where I received much better service. Customer service matters people...

I get my oil changed here since the last place I went to regularly started to pressure me into repairs my car didnt need. Japanese auto repair has been friendly and helpful in making recommendation without any pressure, letting me leave without any extra services so I can research what I need done. When I do want extra services done I feel comfortable going back in to get them done.

This is a the best place I know of for repairs and maintenance on Honda vehicles. David and his staff are very knowledgeable and care about customers. I trust that he is honest in his assessment of any trouble with the car and his pricing. This is an auto repair center I trust which is a rare rare thing!

They do great work at an honest price. Significantly less expensive than a dealership and David doesnt try to push services on you that are not needed. He also stands by his work which is huge. Cant say enough good things about him and his staff.

Came into Japanese Auto Repair and when asked if I could use a restroom rude man at counter said I could not use customer restroom and must use mechanics restaurant out in the word garage. poor customer service.
