One of the selling points for Charter was, " Unlike Directv and Dish, Charter will not lose signal during storms or high winds." They were very right. Charters signal DOES stay strong in those conditions, however you will have no damn signal any other time of the year!! There are outages ALL THE TIME!! They arent just small ones either, we have been without TV and internet for 2 days before! I pay way too much for this crap!!
