The version of Centrovision we use is based in Belton. We live in Salado. We only use the internet service that they run through VVM. The fact is that we live in a village, not a major metropolitan complex. We love Salado, but we are, from the perspective of the internet providers, "rural." The reason Centrovision and CenturyLink are about the only options is that we are off the beaten path. To improve service, new infrastructure will be needed and that will require investment. When a lot of people are crammed together in a city, the return on that investment is a lot higher than when they are scattered out. My experience is that the folks at Centrovision are courteous and friendly. Yes, they do work only on business days, but so do I. Tech support at VVM is available 24/7. Yes, the service is spotty and sometimes slow. Such is life.

I pay $50/mo for 400Mbps internet while waiting for them to roll out 1000Mbps in a couple months. The local representative in my area was friendly and got my account going with a $30 credit toward my bill. Far out. 24/7 local phone support and daytime local chat. Never had an issue with anyone on the phone or otherwise. The low star reviews are not very recent. Ive had a pretty awesome experience so far. Also, this plan blows my old Spectrum/Time Warner plan out of the water. $68.33 for 60Mbps with Spectrum and crappy outsourced customer service? No thanks.

First of all their prices suck. Unfortunately they are the only cable option in my area. TWC in my experience is more affordable and Internet is way more reliable. Grande is supposedly taking over but that is when the Internet problems really began for me. Reliability of service is the sorriest I have experienced in central Texas. They did put out that service may go down periodically but 1 to 5 times a day for 15 minutes to 3 hours at a stretch is ridiculous.

I dont really like anything about it. Its the only internet available in my area, short of using my phone data. Its unreliable and the ladies at the office are rude and unfriendly if they bother to get the message to the techs or dont disconnect your internet or cable. Grande maybe better but the sorry, rude staff wont change. Moving might be the only option to get better service!!!

They bought out centrovision and immediately raised the price and lowered the speeds. I never get the speed i pay for and was forced to get a "higher" speed to make up for it. They raised the price again earlier this year as well. Ive had to have technicians come to the house multiple times just to have the same issue as soon as they leave. Overall, a HORRIBLE company

The Service here in Temple sucks i pay for the All in One package suppose to be getting 400 MB and not even getting half of that service and install has came out 3 times and waiting on the 4th. Make matters worse cant even watch cable now nothing works this is ridiculous. I am on the verge of switching to Spectrum at this point.

Internet signal always fails. I am constantly calling to report issues. Cable selection is bad. They have an answering system because they only work 9-5. Please dont contract and save some headaches.

Since switching from Centrovision to Grande I actually like them better. I had Centrovision about a year ago and it was horrible, now that its Grande i dont mind paying my bill :)
