When I moved from Weslaco to Mercedes, I was currently using their Roadrunner service, and DirecTV. They disconnected my internet way too early when I clearly specified to have it done on the beginning of the month, and screwed up the addition of tv service for my new apartment. The technician was unprofessional, desperately grabbing any old beat up cable box he had until the second one worked. (Seemingly) I went back to work after the install, and came home to check out my new tv, I only had 17 channels! It took another 3-4 days to get another tech to my house. after complaining about all of this for a week a supervisor had authorized to credit my first month of service for free, okay, now we are getting somewhere. Well I was double billed when I received my statement. I will stay as far away from Time Warner as possible, each time I contacted customer service it seemed 9/10 people didnt want to help or even make suggestions, what a nightmare......

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. Sheldon Davis is a sales rep who promised an effective advertising campaign with time warner cable advertising. After 1 1/2 months of ineffective advertising and zero phone calls, I get a bill from Time warner Cable for the amount of $1,800. Any business owners out there, do not waste your advertising dollars with this company. It is a complete waste of money! I will regrettably end up paying the bill for the ineffective advertising. But dont make the mistake I did. Do not waste your money advertising with Spectrum!

I recently got new service with internet and the service men that came to my appartment left the internet box on the floor and didnt even install it right just because he said that it didnt reach to the living room. Dnt they suppossed to hace what they need to do a good installation. He didnt even leave any reading material for tge cable box or help in setting the tv right. Oh but tgey are really fast in comming in and disconecting the service right away

This is *THE* most inefficient, unhelpful company in America. I gave up on their being able to fix our TV reception issues over two years, and now the internet speed is laughably low. Please, save yourself time and money by getting TV, phone, or Internet from any other company. Time Warner is horrible.

We are just in the area in the winter time and have had good service with time warner for high speed and phone. My friend had the complete bundle and was satisfied. They moved from the address listed over a year ago. They are on lincoln street behind McDonalds.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This is the worst service I have ever had from TWC in my travels around the country. It is in now, so I will keep it if they can ever get the install right and completed.

Time Warner Service is a Joke in the Valley -all numbers are disconnected or fax numbers,with the money they charge they cant afford to pay the bill or what -

Well, I had my cable connected on Sunday on the bundle package. Its Tuesday, not working, and when I call the number listed I receive a fax tone!
