The entire group of Outside Business Account Executives at Spectrum in Texas is only about making sales - just like their managers. They will lie and do ANYTHING to promise you good service, but they are garbage. They called and said they would give me service, and then when they showed up the costs ballooned. I went with Verizon and told Spectrum to hit the bricks.

DONT USE THERE SERVICE! They are gouging my business at $260/month then when they send me an advertisement for less than half they state im already a customer and there for not eligible for the service they are providing everyone else. Good way to take care of your already existing clients you swindling pieces of garbage!

I just drove 34 miles out of my way even when I called and Alex in tech support assured me I would be able to swap the box. Not to mention Ive been paying for cable I am not using since February due to lack of knowledge from the techs over the phone. This was the last straw for me. Im done.

The worst service providers I dealt with. Changed my plan to a more expensive plan without my consent by giving me false information when Spectrum Internet took over . Careful when getting services through them
