Worst Cable and Internet service I have ever had! No one EVER seems to know why our cable goes out, call customer service and theyre in Arizona and they have NO idea as to whats going on...better yet, they dont even seem to care. They give you the answer theyve been told to give you and NO more!! No ETA on a repair, EVER!! I was told I would get a call back from them and when I called them back, they say they dont do callbacks!! So which is it?? Total lack of customer service...but my one year of dealing with them has been this way, I dont know why I thought today would be any different. No cable or Internet now going on 12 hours!!

Our WiFi messes up about once a week and today it had completely just stopped and now we have to wait until Tuesday for them to be open to fix anything. This is ridiculous
