Went into the store to reduce my services. When the girl handed me the receipt, I asked what the equipment was that they showed I still have. She looked at the receipt and said "Oh, probably just some old equipment from years ago." She didnt bother to look it up, just said probably old equipment. My next bill had a $7.99 charge for a modem they had "given" me for my phone and I had never connected. The phone and cable was what I had canceled that day! When I took the modem back, they wouldnt refund the $7.99 either. Im on internet only and subscribe to slingtv, hulu, & netflix now. My bill is $50 a month cheaper. When I find a new, reliable internet service, its bye-bye Cox!

We have never experienced such poor service in 4years of being with Cox!! But now we went to the store to schedule a move and they told us that everything was ready to go but yet here we are 5 days later with no tv or internet!! Every time we call the store or the customer service phone number and ask when is the tech going to be out we get a huge run around and end up being on hold for 2hours!! Then we r promised someone will be out the next day so we are here waiting and waiting only to be disappointed again and. For no one to show up!!! I swear if no one shows up tomorrow im cancelling and going else where!!! They are definitely dropping the ball lately!!!

Just left the store 10 minutes ago. I walked up and the 2 girls working locked the door before I could get in. I was just trying to drop some stuff off so I wouldnt get charged extra but they didnt care. They wanted to close up early. I remember when cox had nice employees, now its just another corporate giant who doesnt bother with training employes on basic customer service. Glad I switched.

We have had them out at least 4 times. They say our connection is great when they test it but they can not connect to our modem from their office which is probably why I cant connect to the internet. They are sending another person out.

I keep using Cox because at this location I think its the best staff Ive probably have ever met for a company they always fix the problem theyre always courteous and no matter how much we complain they always do their best to help you

They held the door for us coming in and leaving which I thought was very nice. They did question our reason we gave to cancel stating "there is no way AT&T got you 1Gbps" but they did in fact do so...so that was a bit off-putting.
