I can say I am very unsatisfied with vast right now. I had called at the beginning of December to see if i couldnt change my billing date and they told me they could so, I went on with my plans with buying gifts for my family. I was also in the middle of buying a house. Then I go into my account and see that they have charged me on my scheduled date (It was a lot more then normal because they charge a 30 dollar transfer fee) which then put me in a pickle. So I called vast and asked what happened they told me they would look into the problem and give me a call back. I waited a whole day for a call and nothing so I called again asking what was going on.They told me something must of went wrong and since they already charged me they couldnt do anything. I will be looking for a new internet company to get my internet from because this was ridiculous.

If I could give his company 0 stars I would. This is the most interrupted, unreliable, horrible service I have ever experienced with an internet/cable provider. Tonight I have called for service due to an "outage"...again.... and I was hung up on twice before I could actually talk to a representative. Last "outage" was explained to me as a planned outage and when i asked why they dont notify their customers of planned outages their representative responded by saying "I dont know". If I did my job the way they do theirs, I would be in the unemployment line. Do yourself a favor... find an alternative company, even if Vast was free it wouldnt be worth the constant hassle. I will be switching to Midco on Monday.

With outdated cable boxes, random Internet blackouts, and somewhat effortless installation from the VAST tech support team. This has to be the worse cable company weve been with. We have a brand new Vizio Smart TV, and they tried telling us it couldnt go to higher resolution than 720i. They didnt even go through the full effort of seeing if they could fix issue, and then the boxes sometimes dont function properly so we cant even start them to watch TV.

I mailed bill Thur. Today Tue. they shut off cable and enter net. I have not even go this month bill. I pay every month for TV and Cable They shut me off for $135. Im Going to DISH. Poor service.
