Highly recommend this company to any other in the Fargo area. Half the price of cable one with a much better service. More area coverage and faster then century link. If you have the choice for midcomm take it. I moved around the Fargo area and tried the other companies all were bad compared to midcomm. The day I ordered it I called in about a question with my connection and the people were very helpful and even gave me a nice discount for the length of my service. The wireless that came with my modem for my internet does not have the best range, but that has been my only deficiency with this company. Easily 5 stars and worth it so far.

Was told that I didnt need a tech to move service. Told me co-worker this that used to work there and she laughed and laughed. So hooked up my cable modem today and needless to say I am not laughing with her after an hour on hold waiting for them. Checked the number twice just in case I accidentally dialed Cable One but nope it was Midco. Guess expansion in this area has not worked out well for them. Time to call the dreaded competitors and see about service with them again.

Their internet is not as fast as you think, just because theyre new in the area, doesnt mean theyre any better, I have their 50 MBs internet package, and at times it reminds of freaking dial-up , barely loads up, I had better luck with 702 Communications at 20 MBs , at least that was constant and a lot faster. Only had them for a month and already want to switch. Dont fall for it.

I highly recommend this company and Ive only been with Midco for a short period of time. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff not to mention a reliable internet service which are not easy to find these days. At long last Ive found exactly what Im looking for in a Cable TV and ISP.

I have had midco for two years now and have not had a single problem with my internet. It always is fast and works. Never any problems with billing either. It is a little more spendy then competition but it is worth it. Also, it is nice to not be stuck in a contract.

So far customer service is much better than Cable one and they dont have a dat cap on internet, whcih I was suprised to see with Cable one. Installation is a couple of days out so waiting to see how the internet service is.
