Ive had a horrible experience with this store, and cox in general. Last year when I returned my equipment at this location they said everything was there, that I shouldnt get charged anything. After moving into my current home. They closed the other account, and told me that my balance was 0, I wanted to make sure. Which I called to talk to a representative at Cox and they mentioned there was a 0 balance. A month ago, I checked my credit history I was sent to collections from my old account. I called Cox to ask what happened that this has to be a mistake, and the guy that was helping me said dont worry about it Ill make sure this gets off your collections. It never happened, so I called back and I was talking to a new representative and he was extremely rude, and said I dont know who you spoke to but this is what you owe and theres nothing we can do to help you. Ive been with Cox for 3 1/2 years and I was shocked, and still am that Im dealing with all of this. I believe that the amount thats in collections right now shouldnt be there. This wasnt my fault. I had to get Internet only now that I cant afford cable. (Being a college student) The young lady that took my equipment this time, I believe her name is bianca was EXTREMELY rude, and doesnt have good customer service skills what so ever. It amazes me that Ive been treated this way by Cox employees. Im extremely unhappy with everything.

This company never publish the real prices on their services always hiding the extra fees that would sometimes even double your monthly payments... Until today, they only show you the extra fees once you are ready to pay for the new service that you want to hire. In my opinion this is fake advertisement. When we called to cancel our subscription to internet, telling them this, their excuse was "other companies do the same too"

I have personal reserved opinion of this company but in all fairness they do try to help you if youre having a problem. And for a price you can have all the cable channels you could posibally want. Internet speed varies depending on what package you order. But if your just moving into town i would recommend this company for your entertainment because over the air signals are weak in different areas of this town.

Madison was awesome one of the best customer service in store visits I have ever had. I almost gave up on using Cox because the person I talked to originally on the phone was brutal! I couldnt understand a word he said all he was trying to do was force everything down my throat. But, when I went to the business store Madison took over and provided my family with everything it is that we need.

Not Particularly reliable. The posted schedule for programming and the actual broadcasts have not been synced up since DST, rendering the DVR function a roulette of what gets recorded. This evening everything has an intermittently freeze up signal or displays "Temporarily off air check back later" That better mean they are sending back a check for not providing service.

Very poor customer service from the employees, including the manager. If they dont know why something is incorrect, they just make up something, so they dont have to actually work to find an answer. Manager acts like he doesnt have time for customers. Very, very poor attutude. Cox gets a big thumbs down from me.

I hate cox. They jam us and raise their rates. They charge for out calls for the service. Its a service people. Your law makers make deals that do not force companies to compete. ..thus...raises for customers and no incentive to get better. We need anti trust laws to be enforced.
