Completely dissatisfied! They do not have a problem taking your money, their problem is providing the service purchased! In Port Lavaca, Texas, Cable One is the only option, if not the best. Which in itself says a lot. They need to upgrade their outdated foundations for starters. I mean, paying 120+ a month for their best package in my area resorts to multiple outages, data caps, zero courtesy call when asked about problems, begging for discounts for time without service and the list goes on! It is incredibly unfortunate that we are stuck with one unworthy provider. Furthermore, to see the reviews across the rest of the United States only proves they are money hungry and without resolution to their outstanding shortcomings. If there was a negative star option it would be filled!

Despite the ridiculous data cap. I pay for 100mb connection and Im lucky if I even get half of that. I call and they say its because they are updating their system, but its useless. Why would they have a data cap knowing that in todays society people watch movie apps like hulu and Netflix. I can watch hulu or play Xbox live for about five hours a day for about a week and a half and reach over half my 300 gig cap. Its insane and really not worth the money.

Horrible, started out paying 30 a month which was fine, but its been 3 years and every month the bill increases by 20 dollars, and that wouldnt be a problem if the internet was good, but its horrible they refuse to upgrade their network.

This place has horrible service, cant fix or change anything over the phone Very inconvenient to have to go instore and they are never open. Wish there were other cable providers here in Port Lavaca
