If you love to be completely and totally screwed over every month, this is the place to go! While Im on hold with them now as we speak, Ill tell you a little bit about them. If I could give this review negative stars I would. If I could call the 1-800 number to request that I be paid for even having to go through the general diservice of having them as my internet provider, I would. My call would absolutely be in vain though, considering they NEVER answer, and when they finally do, they transfer you to 18 different lines where youre then given the terrible misfortune of being on hold for 15-30 minutes before they answer to give you the most unhelpful advice you could ever get. I have only ever written a small handful of unhappy reviews in my entire life, and this is by far the one I feel most strongly about. They were scheduled to come to my home and set up my internet on Tuesday at 11 AM. They did not show up, no text, no email, no call. We called them, and after being on the phone for an HOUR realized that in their scramble to pull their twiddling thumbs out of their butthole, they scheduled themselves to come out on Thursday at 1 PM. Thursday comes and again; late. They dont come until 3 PM, but at least is was the same day. Not that that even matters, since 60% of the time my internet is not even working. Theyre also great about sending me the wrong bill every single month. My package I purchased is a $45 package, as it should be; Im a college student who just needs internet for school work and my mindless Netflix shows that I religiously follow. Unfortunately, Centurylink finds it appropriate to send me a bill for $75 or $95 for a package that IS NOT MINE. Essentially, Ive written this long angry post because no matter how many times I call, no matter how many times my mother or my angry black father calls, it has never been fixed. You just got better customer service from me by reading this review, than you will from the Centurylink Support team. By the way; Im still on hold.

I called customer service two days ago. The representative opened up a ticket and asked for a time that we would be home, in case the tech needed to go inside. I did see some street repairs going on and thought that they mightve nicked a cable out there (which ended up being the problem), so I did let the rep know that. The problem was fixed the very next day. I do have to say that the tech worked into the night to get the problem resolved. I couldnt be happier with the level of customer service that I received. The 4-star rating is due only to the service being interrupted at times, for no reason...maybe this last fix will help!

Horrible product! Its always down or slow. Its gotten worse and worse over the last 5 years weve lived here. The customer service is good and the people are nice but heaven forbid you need tech support to actually come out and fix something. They "fix" it without you actually seeing anyone and then it goes down again a week later. Ive never had internet this spotty or slow.

Absolutely the worst provider and customer service I have ever delt with tech support is is over seas and you cant understand anything they say nor do they listen to what you have to say they are argumenitive and rude even the termination department of the company is rude if I could give zero stars I would if you are thinking about century link all I can say is good luck

They only offer 10Mbps in my area and its up and down constantly. They dont plan on upgrading the area even though Verizon has fiber down the street. If you dont want to serve your customers then sell the business. Trash for customer support too.

I dont even have their services and I keep getting a bill every month. ...tried calling the 800 number and every time Im on hold for over 35 minutes. ....worst service ever.....how can anyone have their service is beyond me
