I signed up for cable and internet Thursday and was told it would be connected within 24-48 hours, well this is Sunday and I still dont have service yet so I called and now they are telling me its scheduled for Tuesday, because my phone number was not on the work order for a confirmation phone call. I paid for my service in office so they had my phone number there, then I did the quick connect because supposedly its quicker and eliminates having to pay extra for a technician to come inside so all he has to do is connect it from the outside. Anyway, once I did the quick connect I called the number given to me to confirm and I was asked for my name and number again and was told I had an appointment for Saturday morning. WaitWaited all day and still nothing, so I called again today and now they are telling me Tuesday, because they didnt have my phone number, they asked me for it on two separate occasions. Im very dissatisfied right now with my non-service. This is pretty rediculous. Ive been waiting since Thursday, it really should not be taking this long especially for something they are saying is my fault when clearly I gave them my number two times and I know they had it because theyve called me twice now to do a survey for the customer service calls I made.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. This is a scam to get you to sign up for some other cable/phone plan. Look for an 800 number online. You will know when you start talking to foreign operators. NOT THE REAL TIME WARNER here.
