This place is not worth it but there arent other options that have good reviews either in the Ingleside area. This is the lesser of evils that weve found for Internet but Ive never been more frustrated with an Internet provider in my life. One they have a CAP on data used which in our case is 300 gb and we pay about 60 a month to be limited in our data. Sadly our phones are with T mobile and we get UNLIMITED music and netfix streaming but yet our Internet is capped with no reasonable priced plans for unlimited? Its like back in the day you had limited data on your phones and suddenly companies think its okay to do on Internet with households that stream a lot? We were in Corpus briefly and had ATT u verse which was unlimited for under a 100 a month and the connection NEVER went down but because we are in a smaller town we get no choice on companies to go with? Second lately the only thing our Internet has been doing is crashing in the middle of the night for NO apparent reason. When called its like oh no your stuff should work..oh wait theres scheduled maintenance but yet the company cant be bothered to email their user and let them know about these dates ahead of time so we are aware its a problem on THEIR end? I work at night and from home and I do NOT appreciate the Internet going out constantly as you are affecting MY paycheck but yet you never offer compensation in these cases, even if the Internet has been out for HOURS. Third none of the employees give a crap about you and your problems or trying to make it right when its THEIR company thats messing up. Im so tired of crappy service and the company not caring. Believe me when we move in the next year we are checking out Internet companies and reviews before moving and we will NEVER give our business to this company ever again.

As for their internet service was okay it would occasionally loose signal but as for the customer service of the actual office in aransas is terrible. First time I went to sign up they were impatient. I called recently to let them know I was moving locations and asked if they provided service in that area and they were short and told me yes. I asked the lady that took my call if she was sure and she said yes. And of course I asked more questions on how what steps are next since she didnt want to feed me information over anything. So we moved locations and called the office and they tell me they dont service my area. So I come to drop off the box to only find the office closed an hour early but with staff still inside. These women dont like to work and this will not be the first bad review over them, they need to reconsider keeping their staff.

If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Ive lived in 5 states and 8 cities in the last 15 years, this is the absolute worst internet service provider I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They have a monopoly here, and use it in the most unethical ways they can devise. Multiple internet disconnects and speeds below 1mg every day (I pay for a 5mg service), they charge me $140.00 a month and cant even deliver the product that costs less than half with every other ISP for same speed and they have limited data where none others do. Where ever this company provides service, is ripe for competition to wipe them out and I pray they do. We are likely going to move just because of this company, good thing we rent. Their motto feels like it must be, "the crappiest service for the highest price possible". Stay away if you can.

I am pretty happy with them thus far I am a new customer. I needed a longer cable wire for the hook up to the outside of my RV, so the lady inside the office did wait after hours for me and opened the door to give me the wire. She was very nice to do this for me that evening certainly because I didnt want to have to wait any longer to finally watch Cable TV. I moved into a brand new RV park in Aransas Pass and had been waiting for the time everything was all set up in the new park to receive the Cable One Cable TV. So I got to watch that evening thanks to the kind lady that works there in the Aransas Pass Office that helped me. I also had Wi-Fi with a Cable One Modem installed two weeks later and I am very pleased with the service thus far. I am a binge watcher again. Yay!!! Thank you Cable One.

This company is a joke they monopolize on their cable internet and put in data caps. Their internet constantly drops and they always give the same excuse of upgrades in the area or an outage and never warn about either. We have a streamer and gaming package for 105 a month and then cap your connection to 500gb of data like they are a phone company, what would be the point of a 200gb download and 50 upload with a 500 gb cap??? There shouldnt be caps on a DSL or Cable lines. Unheard of not to mention we were paying 200 dollars a month for there TV service that would drop and come in fuzzy at times. Good thing we canceled that. Hope another internet provider comes in the area soon!!!

Every time Cableone does something to their channel line up, the guide is messed up in the process and therefore your shows will not record. I pay extra for the TIVO and was told "the cable works, just the guide is broken." Well, if the guide is broken, shows will not record which is the point of the TIVO. This issue has been going on now for 5 days and the engineers cannot seem to correct the issue, maybe they should make sure everything will work properly before switching all the channels once again.

There cable TV is high. If you get the basic you get 8 channels that have nothing on then. Your better off with an antenna. At least that way you know theres 3 channels and you wont be disappointed. Their Internet is a joke. If you stream shows you end up paying over 100 a month just for internet. My bill is about 170.00 a month they just contacted me and said I need to get a larger Internet plan. I wish they werent the only provider in Aransas Pass.

So rude . This is my first review EVER. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER in my life received. Plus I still dont have Internet after over a week of waiting for " someone to call me back". I have called 4 times trying to get answers and today actually hung up on. Its unbelievable Im paying for a service in not getting. How do they get away with this? Going to rockport wifi. Lady was super nice and its only 250 for the ENTIRE YEAR!

Can someone explain why this company has such Horrible reviews? no wonder customers are switching to other sources of television (firestick) and internet services. Pretty sad a multi-million dollar company gives sh--y service to its customers. Im sure their employees love being off on MONDAYS the hell with the rest of the paying customers. Lord help us.
