When i went to disconnect the service and turn my equipment in, i was prompted by the lady to pay the remaining balance and i did. Two years later i try to get a car and my credit report has 129 dollar charge from them that had been passed to collections. When i called them they said it was a bill from before my services was terminated? I dont know who the mistake was exactly on, but having never missed a payment and paying what the lady claimed to be the remaining balance, it was quiet disappointing to know i couldnt get the car for something i should have been good on. service was ok. Cable worked fine but internet would always have its "down moments" throughout the day. I know they are the only provider in stillwater, ok. so there is not a lot of other choices, but i would not recommend them based on my experience.

The bill gets raised about a dollar every month, the internet isnt unlimited and the internet connection lags all the time. If you have questions, good luck. They just say they can send a technician to your house but charge you $50 every time. If you go to the office to talk to someone its always closed. They drop a few tv stations every year and then charge more for some off brand replacements. Deffinitly 5 stars

The internet is out of service more than it is working. My signed us up internet and cable when we moved to Lexington Ok from Purcell ok because we were tired of our dish going out all the time. Sudden link said we had a bad modem so my wife had them come out to fix it, our cable seems to be working ok but there internet sucks big time .

lol I never had any of the below issues with the techs or no one at the office and being a jerk of any kind and online support is awesome. And yes they are working out the kinks, guess some dont understand about electronics, Deal with it, let them repair it, its much better then Dish or ATT, DirecTV. Thanks Suddenlink

Our service goes out all the time! We literally lose our internet and tv atleast 3 to 4 times a week and the outages last 2 to 4 hrs at a time. Plus their customer service reps are complete jerks.

I only have one issue with suddenlink. I moved a total of 8 miles from my previous address and suddenlink does not have coverage where I moved to. EXPAND YOUR COVERAGE!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! IT NEVER WORKS. ALWAYS HAVING SOMEONE COME OUT TO "FIX" THE PROBLEM AND 30 MINUTES LATER ITS NOT WORKING AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
