Its been terrible. I had Wi-Fi then added an over priced cable plan. Its been 2 days and the cable still isnt on, my Wi-Fi got shut off and now I have to wait till next Monday so someone can come out? Not even Verizon Fios was this difficult. Iv been on the phone calling trying to figure out whats happening and all i get is hung up on, transfered with out being told, and nasty attitudes from these customer service agents. No one seems to know what they are doing, and every time they tell me something it sounds more as if Im being asked, not told. It feels like iv made a terrible mistake and recommend everyone else to use other providers if you can, unless your missing stress in your life

Customer service is so horrid, I cant begin to explain it in detail, but on the upside, Ive never really had a problem with my internet or cable. The dude came at the designated time and all is good, but when it comes to getting someone on the line, well, lets just say you may need to find a book to read because youll bound to be on hold for longer than you can count.

Horrible experience, purchased high speed internet and all movie channels. Requested guy to come set it up and he never showed. He lied and said the address took him to a open field. He never bothered to call, waisted the entire day waiting and when I called in to reschedule. I was told it would be another week. Ill go with Direct TV

This is the only internet service provider in the area. If you are using their internet lightly (e.g. some browsing, light streaming), you may not experience much frustration. However, if you like gaming and depend on a reliable connection, it can be very frustrating.

the worst customer service ever the rep told me she cant help me to cancel services because its not good for her so she told me to call and do it over the phone what kind of customer service is that whats the point of having a customer service office??

first it was a good option, everything internet, cable and telephone for $120.00 but now is $185.00 per month, and more charges. and if rent a movie puff more charges, no I need a better option.
