As someone who is maticulous when it comes to cars, I hold the highest of standards when repairing my vehicle. I have always leased my vehicles in the past, as I use my primary vehicle mainly for work. I have always taken my leased vehicles to the dealership for service and repairs because of the easy access to the information if there was ever to be questions at the time of my lease return. I recently was in the market for a 2012 Audi TTRS and needed the vehicle inspected and thoroughly checked before I purchased the vehicle. I found out through our local Audi group that Carson (shop manager) at Autoscope is very active in the Audi community. I gave him a call and he told me to bring it in. I was impressed the moment I pulled up to the shop. Carson greeted me at my vehicle when I pulled up with a "Good morning, Sir!" and a firm handshake. We walked the car together and he showed me in depth the visual concerns of the vehicle. Not only that, but then he drives the vehicle into this amazing work space where they have all their repair bays. It looks like no other shop I have been to, even better looking than my Audi dealership in Plano. He introduces me to the mechanic who will be inspecting the vehicle. What an amazing personal touch. I make myself comfortable in the waiting room and make a cappuccino at the coffee bar. Carson comes and sits next to me and we start a casual conversation about cars. Come to find out, Carson was an Audi mechanic and holds a pretty impressive resume within the European car group. That in itself relaxed my concerns about having anyone else other than the dealership look at my cars. I had a great time talking with him. The mechanic comes over to me and walks me back into the work bay and begins to point out the concerns he has on the vehicle. He points out that the brakes need to be replaced, which was not disclosed at the dealership who I am purchasing the vehicle from. That being said, the brake job on a TTRS is over $2k. There were a few other things that the mechanic brought to my attention, but he felt it was a good car and I would be happy once the brakes were replaced. I get my inspection on paper that shows everything that was discussed with me in person, as well as all the personal contact information from Carson in case anything was needed additional. I was walked out to my car and was given the best compliment... "I am so jealous. I wish I had one of these cars!!" Given by Carson, himself. Went back to the dealership and now had negotiating leverage from what was found. I was able to work in a free brake job at the dealership that saved me $2k. But what really is the best deal, is now I will be taking my car to Autoscope for all my future work, as they have built my trust overall. Bye Bye Dealership!! Hello Autoscope!!

Best experience out of all places i have every dealt with. Carson, the GM had me scheduled for an appt immediately after i called about my car issue. Once there, he offered to take me into the garage where my car was lifted to show me the actual problem which i immediately saw and understood whereas BMW just told me my suspension was bent severely and I shouldnt drive and it could cost anywhere from $1000 upwards to $3000. Carson gave me an estimate for best case scenario to worst which i thought was pleasantly surprised but also appreciated considering im always called with a higher price than the one i am quoted at other places. My estimates at Autoscope for my specific issue ranged from best case around $980 and worst around $1800. These estimates included parts, alignment and labor. Let me remind you, BMW wanted $1800 for the one part alone. I ended up having my car repaired with Autoscope and Carson updated me throughout the process letting me know it looked like the repair only needed one part instead of multiple which was obviously the best case scenario so, music to my ears! I work close in the area so they were able to have someone take and pick me up from work around the times i requested which was very accommodating. Im used to BMWs last pickup time at 2pm which makes zero sense. Anyway, went to pick up my car and once i paid, it was still 60% less than what BMW wanted to charge me. I felt Carson was genuine and honest in wanting to fix the repair efficiently and correctly rather than finding ways to rake in more money. Also, the shop is nice and well kept with everyone i encountered being very pleasant. Overall, this was literally the most easy going, hassle free experience i have ever encountered and with it only taking a single day to repair. I dont think i will ever go anywhere else to have my car repaired. I have already recommended this company to family and friends.

It is my pleasure to acknowledge excellence in service which we received at AutoScope Park Cities. We took our 2009 Range Rover to Autoscope after a horrific experience at Land Rover Dallas. I was totally impressed with the entire experience we had at Autoscope Park Cities. As a first time customer, we were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Carson Garrison the general manager who greeted us on arrival at the service facility. We stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment just to check out the facilities, and maybe get an idea what may be causing some of the issues with our vehicle. Since we did not have an appointment Mr. Garrison escorted us to the very comfortable waiting area for a short wait while he took care of a scheduled customer. Mr. Carson was so helpful and accommodating and explained what he thought was causing our issues. We left our car over the weekend, and the first thing Monday morning we received a call from Carson detailing the issues and his suggestions for repair. Our extended warranty covered a considerable amount of the expenses, but we were totally impressed by the out of door cost for the services rendered, especially from some of the estimates we had gotten from several other dealers. Once our car was ready Carson arranged for our vehicle to be delivered to my office. The car had been washed and detailed, and is running like the luxury vehicle we expected when we purchased our Land Rover. The service, follow up, facilities, technicians and price for services rendered is second to none. We will be visiting Autoscope Park Cities for all of our future service. Thank you Mr. Garrison for restoring our faith in quality of service. Marvin Arnold

Dissatisfied with how any car I owned was being serviced by their respective dealership service departments or other independent service facilities, years ago, I initiated an exhaustive search and came across Autoscope. From my initial phone conversation with Carson, the General Manager, I knew I was likely in good hands and that thought was thoroughly backed up, in every aspect, upon my first visit to Autoscope. Since then, with every subsequent visit, it never ceases to amaze me how meticulous the technicians at Autoscope are and how well my vehicles are cared for and serviced. There technicians are experts independent of make or model, whether your car was just freshly delivered from the factory or you pull up to their facility in something vintage, your car will be meticulously cared for and serviced accounting for every little nuance for your respective year, make and model of vehicle. The treatment your car receives in the service area is equally reciprocated and actually trumped by how well you are personally treated when you interact with the owner and staff at Autoscope. They endeavor, focus, and succeed at establishing a rapport and relationship with each customer and never are you treated like just the next person in line. When I come in for service, I get to visit good friends as well as have my car serviced. Other facilities should solicit them to consult regarding how to provide an exemplary customer experience. Autoscope sets the bar and has established a benchmark which all other automotive service companies should be measured.
