YOU WILL ONLY EXPEREINCE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION , BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, HARRASSMENT, UNFAIR TREATMENT. AND JUST TREATED LIKE THE N WORD. FOR SEVEN YEARS I WENT THROUGH DISCRIMINATION BY THE GENERAL MANAGER JEFF AMIDON, STAN RUPENSKI, THE MANAGERS AND HIS HR TEAM, I EVEN WROTE AUTONATION CEO MIKE JACKSON 3 TIMES AND HE NEVER RESPONDED BACK OR HAD ANYONE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OR MAYBE HE DID YOU NEVER KNOW. I VE ONLY SEEN HOW WHITES PROTECT THEIR OWN, AND BLACKS SUFFER. IVE FINISH FOR SEVEN YEARS IN THE TOP 1 OR 3 % IN SALES EACH YEAR MAKING 100K PER YEAR, ALL OF THE 1700 HUNDRED. AUTONATION STORES DISPISE A SUCCESSFUL BLACKMAN I CANT BELIEVE HOW PEOPLE CAN STILL ACT RACIST AND THINK IT IS NORMAL NOT TO BE FAIR AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE DIRT. . HOW CAN YOU FIRE SOMEONE THAT CAN MAKE THAT MUCH MONEY FOR YOUR COMPANY IN ONE MONTH. UNLESS YOUR RACIST? THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HIS DUMMY HR TEAM HAS BEEN TRYING TO FIRE ME SINCE I STARTED. AutoNation. The lifeless, insipid, no-pulse, robotic, generic, cookie cutter, dime a dozen, Illuminati Confirmed, blue-pill Matrix of Car Dealerships. Shop there if you want your experience to feel like youre making a slowly-drawn-out over-the-phone credit card payment. Work there if you want to slowly die inside and simulate being on the clock at a Chinese sweat shop where management was kind enough to place safety nets on the stairwell to keep you from committing suicide. AutoNation (which is suspiciously one letter away from Automation) was created by a man named Wayne Huizenga. Now worth $2 billion, Wayne started his first empire with a single garbage truck that would balloon into Waste Management, Inc. His portfolio is deep and his returns unfathomable, and while the market has responded to that corporate structure generously, that corporate structure hasnt returned the favor to the throngs of employees that sustain it, nor has it been able to provide the customer service experience a society of personable, friendly, and detail-oriented citizens would expect. My sister recently took her minivan to one of these lifeless machines to get serviced and it turns out the automatons crashed it into another vehicle, thereby turning an oil change into vehicle damage and a bad CarFax. To make matters worse, she was issued a rental that is less comfortable than her car, and after days of attempts, hasnt been contacted to be informed as to how long the repairs are going to take. But its okay. Take your time, Mr. Auto Roboto.

This was the best buying experiance I have ever had buying a vehicle. I stopped in, after coming staight from the dog park with my dog Blue, to talk with the service department and while I was there I might as well look at the Terrain and Equinox since I had been window shopping on line for 2-3 months. The salesman, Arron Zuniga come out and greeted me and I explained why I was there. Even though I was "Just" looking and wanted to see the vehicles I was interested in, he was very polite, answered all my questions and showed them to me and explained the differences. Aarons laid back salesmanship, which I like and not pushy, convinced me to go ahead and test drive the GMC Terrain they had. I fell in love with it. Then comes the other part we all hate, the paperwork and trade value. Aaron still took the time to do a " This is what it could cost". So after the appraisal, which was very good and the interest rate as well I was sold. I drove out in the vehicle I wanted. If Aaron had not come out and talked with me or had just said ok and then walked away I wouldnt have a new GMC Terrain. His individual attention and salesmanship approach is what made this happen. As for my dog Blue, they made him feel very welcomed and provided him some A/C, while I was there, and a ride home so we could close the deal. I LOVE my Terrain! If your looking go in and ask for Aaron or any of the other sales people, they were all very nice and attentive. This was a very positive experience! I don’t write reviews but I will for this one. After searching for a few days for a used vehicle the wife and I stopped by AutoNation. Mr. Stapp approached us and my first thought was “Great, another used car guy. Here we go”. That was not the case with Mr. Stapp, very nice and not pushy any in way. I hate pushy and had he been I would have walked away. The wife and I looked at a used car and decided to come back later. I contacted Mr. Stapp that Monday and he informed me that the car was sold but he would keep looking for the same model. I stopped by Tuesday and we drove around to other lots looking but nothing caught my eye. To make a long story short I was bugging him every day and I can honestly tell you that Mr. Stapp worked for us looking for a used vehicle. He truly understood my concerns with something that still had a warranty along with something that my wife would like. When it came down to it we bought a new 2015 RAV4. No, he did not push us into a new vehicle. No, he did not persuade us into a new vehicle. We were able to agree on a price quickly which was nice. Especially since I was there with my 5 year old and we all know how kids are……...Although I would have sat there all day to get a price I liked if needed. I was terrified to shop for a new or used vehicle after I had a nightmare buying a new Titan in 2006. I can say when my Titan gives up on me (which she better not) I’ll be contacting Mr. Stapp again for a new truck. He’s a sales man but above that he is a gentleman.
