So WHAT is the BIG Deal???? The big deal is Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair on Marsh Lane is the ONLY Car repair I know of who is using Social Media....which is HUGE for people who are looking for an auto repair business that cares. But that is not all.... The place is CLEAN....the management is approachable and fair..can carry on a conversation....can explain what they are going to do...what they did...and what they recommend and...gasp...how much it is going to cost. The lounge is comfortable..lots of windows...has a flat screen that is not tuned into the Soap Operas. They have a Coffee Bar and cold bottle water alone with a place for the kids to play that is away from the lounge where the adults hangout. Their services are wide ranging..meaning they do more than just popped the hood and do a lot of head shaking. They can get after things like brake jobs and other care repairs most traditional Oil Change joints cant touch. The big bonus is..they are OPEN ON Sunday...the only day I get to do stuff like...get an oil change. And as, Murphys Law always rules...the day most major car repair centers are closed is in Sunday making Sunday the day cars breakdown. Now you have a place to go if something happens on Sunday. Id recommend you check this place out before doing more chin wagging about other places. See for yourself.

We brought our Honda in a few weeks ago due to a loud sound near the wheels. We figured it was probably the brakes, since most wheel noises are the brakes. They told us that the car was fine and that the brakes had life left in them and they could t figure out what the noise was. Well, this is our family car and we wanted a second opinion since I drive this car frequently with our two small children and summer is coming. We took it to our usual place (this place is super convenient) and they said the brakes are completely shot. The rear roters are completely shot and we need new pads on all for brakes. I cant believe an auto repair shop would miss something SO basic. I have asked our usual place to review the other work this "repair" shop has done to make sure it was done correctly. Ill update my review if they find this work was done incorrectly. Im just in awe that they missed this obvious need.

This place reminds of you good old American value and work ethics. James went above and beyond helping me out with oil change issue that I was having. I do my own oil change and could not get oil filter housing loosened. I took it to them, James not only showed me what filter wrench to use but he changed my oil filter for me as well. I tried to pay for his help but it was just taken care off by James by a simple hand shake. I would have to highly recommend this place to all of my friends. Will be coming back for any of my further car needs. Thank you James for displaying amazing customer service.

Had great service a few months ago. Today, I showed up a few minutes past 9a when they are scheduled to open. No light. No nothing except a white truck that was there when I pulled up. I waited a few minutes. Lo and behold... Someone in kwik kar apparel got out of the white truck and very leisurely walked toward the shop. Oh.. But its chilly. So he walked back to the truck... Ever so leisurely... To get his hoodie. If I cant trust them to open when they say they do and the employee has that little concern for my business, I dont know if Ill give them another chance.

Got my oil changed and barely had to leave my desk. These guys went the extra mile and replaced a drain plug that was previously stripped by another service station (they drove to get the part too). Extremely happy about how easy it was to have my car serviced without leaving work. These guys take pride in their work and will take care of you and your vehicles needs! I definitely recommend kwik Kar marsh to anyone in the area looking for similar service!

Brought my car in 2 days ago for an oil change and was blown away by the customer care of these guys. I watched four other people come and go in between the time it took to get my oil changed and every single time the guys here took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong and give them possible solutions. They were not at all pushy to anyone this mechanic has definitely earned my business customer for life! Not to mention they are speedy!

I was very pleased with the service initially, I just brought my car back here and was not so happy. I have the lifetime alignment, so I wanted it checked along with an A/C issue I have been having. They didnt check the A/C while the car was there, the alignment feels a little iffy. Just wasnt that pleased. The staff was friendly and all, just didnt feel that my car was well cared for. Also there was spare change missing from my console...

Very displeased with the service at this facility. The man who helped me could barely form a sentence while trying to (very forcefully) up-sell services to me that I didnt need and took his time getting to me once he realized I wasnt budging on the upsell. Despite being the first car there I sat for 35-40 min waiting on a basic oil change while watching people who got there after me come and go. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came yesterday and waited about 5 minutes out by my vehicle and about 8 minutes inside and NOBODY waited on me or asked me if they could help me. The employees saw me the driveway and at the counter and they made eye contact so I know they saw me. I needed a oil change and a state inspection so I went to the Car Spa across the street and they were glad to help me. That was my first time there and the last. Poor customer service!!

The mechanics at this shop really go above and beyond to provide good customer service, educate the consumer, and go the "extra mile" to address small concerns without even charging at times! Every time I visit I see the guys here helping their customers out to the fullest extent. This is more than just a "oil change place", this shop has the feel of an old time repair shop where customer service and retention was top priority.

This is a brand new location. The garage was very clean and clutter free. Service was fast and convenient. Ryan, the owner, was very friendly. They called me for approval before installing additional parts required to pass inspection. The mechanic was very through and advised me on some additional problems with the vehicle that no one had alerted me of in all of my previous check ups. I highly recommend this location.

2007 Corolla 65k miles Went in to get my wifes car checked due to a grinding noise, I have tryed to do my best with my experience, replaced belt, alternator and belt tensioner, 5 minutes after inspection this awsome hispanic mechanic knew the problem, boom the water pump was about to go out way to go I would give this place 6 stars due to quickness and friendliness, found my new shop.
