I wish there was a way to put zero stars... I have never been treated so poorly for Insurance purposes. I tried calling the agent (Damon to Clinkscales)who by the never answers the calls and when the VMs are left .. does not call back either. When i was looking to buy the insurance I use to get atleast 2 calls and an email everyday until i bought the damn insurance. I never expected this from a AAA representative and it is really frustrating. I have paid for whole year for Auto as well as Renter Insurance so i am stuck but this is really ridiculous. please dont waste your money.. you might pay slightly more but state farm is 100 times better.

AAA saved me so much money on my car insurance! Riann was so friendly and very helpful. She also made the process from switching from my old, more expensive, Allstate insurance to AAA so painless and quick! I also love the AAA membership that I purchased. I have used it a couple of times now when locking my keys in my car. It was a great add on to my insurance purchase and it is so affordable! Thanks again for all your help, Riann!

Service is pretty good, and rates are low, but when we went to requite for a new home we were buying, they gave us a quote that was way below everyone else, but it was because the insurance was below the standards required by lenders. Ended up going with Travelers instead. The price was a little higher, but Im covered properly.

AAA saved us loads of money on our car insurance. Our agent is Wayne Cross whom is very friendly,professional and would go the extra mile to ensure the best deal. Not only cheaper than other insurance companies but nice to be able to speak to a person every time not a machine. Best and most hassle free policy we have ever had

I signed up for renters/car insurance with Riann a few weeks ago and was very happy with her service. She replied to all of my emails within an hour and I never felt like she was giving me the run around. Compared with other insurance companies Ive used in the past, Id say she made the process very easy.

THIS WAS A SMOOTH TRANSACTION, I PARTED WAYS FROM STATE FARM AFTER 16YRS..RIANN MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT AND WALKED THROUGH THE PROCESS. IT WAS PAINLESS THANKS YOU RIANN.....:)
