As a licensed early education center we place the safety of our students at the top of the list of our priorities. Therefore it is extremely important to us that our fleet of 5 buses is well maintained. We used to contract the services of a well known vehicle repair company located very close to our business but we became concerned that every time that we took one of our vehicles for what we expected to be minor issues, we would end up paying high amounts of money on for “other problems” they would always find. On one occasion we took one of our buses for a routine annual inspection and were surprised with a $1,600 quote for “necessary” repairs required in order to pass. At this point we began searching the area for alternatives and decided to try Christian Brothers Automotive of Mission Bend and met Dan Nieves (the owner). To our pleasant surprise they found no issues with our bus other than changing a $5 lightbulb. From then on we have established a relationship of trust and have felt comfortable placing all our fleet maintenance issues in their hands. Dan Nieves is the kind of person that will go out of his way and go the extra mile to take care of his clients. On many occasions he has demonstrated that he is not only interested in his business but has a true passion for helping others. We rarely dare to give recommendations but in this case we would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive of Mission Bend.

I walked into Christian Bros. to get my brakes checked out and I was extremely impressed with everything about the experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted politely and treated with the utmost respect. The waiting room was immaculate and had a selection of K-cup coffee, water, soda, granola bars and trail mix snacks. My estimate was explained in detail and I had the option of waiting there while my car was repaired or I could have been dropped off and picked up when my car was ready. If it couldnt get any better than I described above, upon paying for my repair, I received a carnation! I can truly say today was the best automobile experience I have ever had in my entire life! Dan and Glenda are great people and the way they run their establishment is the epitome of customer service.

Fantastic customer service, even when compared to other Christian Brothers locations. Very professional and courteous staff. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle (which isnt easy considering I know very little about cars). Dan the owner is the man if you have any problems, when he found out I was having issues with another repair shop he went the extra mile to help me get it sorted out even though it wasnt his fault. I definitely recommend going to the Mission Bend location and will absolutely go back whenever I have problems in the future.

I would give them a ZERO STAR if there were an option! Its a complete rip-off! I came for an AC Diagnostics with an appointment considering this place was convenient to me. The estimate given to me and then sort of forced sales pitch used to go with their estimate completely took me off! A simple belt replacement could have got the AC working again! And build trust and faith in me to come again! But I guess for you the sales was more important than the service!

Just went in with my husband to get a state inspection. Chose this place because of the good reviews and wow are they deserving of the 5 stars! They have a very nice, clean lobby with comfortable furniture, and offer free refreshments such as an assortment of kcups, sodas and granola/fruit bars. They were very polite and very quick with the inspection. Last but not least, they handed me a carnation on the way out. Will definitely come back.

I rarely ever write reviews. But this one deserved my time and money. It goes to show that Dan and the whole crew at C.B.A really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They did an amazing job fixing my 17 year old Camry. I had two Christian Brothers Automotive location near me but I am glad I chose this location above the rest and wont hesitate to send and refer my friends and family to do the same.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was looking for a place near work because it has been such a hassle trying to get an oil change done at the dealership. I called Christian Brothers to inquire about their prices (affordable) and the gentleman informed me they offered a complimentary shuttle service to drop me off at work too! Their customer service is the best and I will continue my business with them.

Very friendly place. this was my first repair with them. I would use them again if needed. I had what I felt was a major repair. water pump and timing belt and all that goes with it. They gave me the detailed est before repair, and explained it all clearly. Im very happy with the repairs (and a 2yr warranty) also gavea list of other needed repairs in order of improtance, that is very helpful.

Wow! Consistent professional expert service! I have repeatedly taken my car for various issues from oil change to engine belt replacement! My car is usually in and out the same day! Best shop in Mission Bend that you can trust and get the best work done quickly. They have fixed up the place and it is great. Can even make an appointment online now. We have been going for about 20 years now. Love the connivence of them being right in the neighborhood. Beats going to the dealers. Great job guys. Love the flowers for the ladies!
