Terrible customer service. I have lived in five states and dealt with over twenty shops. This one was the worse experience I ever had. I came in with a coolant leak and brought a part in with the car. I checked first if I could bring in the part ahead of my visit because I already knew what needed to be done since I usually work on my own cars. Larry Zirkle and his one other office personnel seemed very irritated when I first walked in. I am guessing they do not like when you bring in your own parts but that is why I asked first. It was a certified BMW part. After installing the part they advised me the car was done after only three hours in the shop. Picked the car up from them and drove home and noticed the car was leaking coolant. I called them and advised them of the leak. I was told to bring my car into the shop so they could look at it. After further review I was advised my lower coolant hose was leaking. My car mysteriously and ironically sprung a coolant hose leak the same day I drove off the lot to go home. Most shops honor a code in which if they send you home with the same problem, they do not charge you extra to fix the problem that should of been fixed. I spent 465 dollars to repair a leak and fix the overheating. You dont send someone home with a problem and then disregard your error. It is bad customer service. I was advised that once I drive off the lot they are not responsible for the car and have no idea what problems can occur after I leave the shop. So if you go there for any problems and they send you home with the same problem its you who will have to pay. Be advised and save yourself the stress and aggravation. They lost over three thousand dollars of business I was willing to give them over this display of bad customer service. I will also be reporting them to the better business Bureau and possibly small claims court.

I was driving through Topeka on a long road trip and my car started a speed related thunking i noticed off the highway. I figured it was the driveshaft (front to back, AWD car), but couldnt do it myself without a lift. Found a hotel for the night and researched places in Topeka that opened in the morning. They really open at 5:30AM! I left them a message around 9pm the night before, they called me first thing when they opened, around 5:35AM. I drove over and they fit me right in, got it on the lift and sure enough it was the driveshaft. They removed it for me (this car can run FWD without it just fine) tossed it in the car and only charged me a half hour labor! So overall: Called me back immediately on opening. Opens 5:30AM. Works quick. Fair rates. Highly suggested.

Egypt walker

Took my car there spent 3000 dollars on repairs, then the car quit working again with smoke blowing out all over, had it towed back and they said that the part that went out was under warrenty but it wasnt there fault it went out it was bad gas that made it go out so i had to pay 400 dollars for another part. Seemed very shady and when they replaced that they told me there where new problems with my car that needed fixed, i took it to another shop and they said those parts where fine.

These guys are awesome. Only shop in town that would even look at my car that day and then fixed my car quickly and as effectively and cost effectively as possible. Very helpful, they even gave me a ride to the car rental place. Highly recommend these guys!
