Open early, people were semi friendly, car was ready the same day but that is where the positives stop........... Love a firm explanation as to why a $150 alternator, and $100 battery cost us over $920.. Yes, its a Volkswagen but theyre as common as a Toyota these days. Everywhere else Ive called repair shop wise including the dealership was sub $600. Clearly the shop was very slow that day so they decided to take us to the cleaners basically ensuring well never use them again, and strongly recommend you also look elsewhere. My dad used to get work done here in the 90s here, back at the older location, even went to HS with some of the family who own this, but still wound up being gouged on a very common repair. How these rip off artists sleep at night is beyond my understanding. Delete review

Stopped in to drop a friend off so she could pickup her car. Got an estimate on my car, was very honest. Left a lol broken, big repair! But she had talked to the tech after we left. Told him what I was told was wrong & noise it made. Called my friend & told her what the tech said.... dirty oil, low oil can result in same diagnostic reading. Went today to get my oil changed, have not heard the noise yet, going to drive around neighborhood to do it out. Still need to see why service engine soon light is on. But all in all, if this is it??? Kudos to the young lady, you have gained me as a future customer. They could have taken my $3500, but advised me to do something else first. Thank you!!!
